Idéal pour un décor de cinéma

Magnifique bâtisse en pierres. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et décorées avec bcp de goûts (vieux parquet , sol de SDB en galets) Literie très confortable avec une immense couette de qualité. Machine à café Nespresso, carafe d’eau filtrée à disposition. Très jolie terrasse, bien agencée. Proximité de la ville, parking privé devant l’hôtel et idéalement situé pour visiter les grottes de Lascaux !

Rien de spécial si ce n’est qq détails dans la chambre à savoir des fenêtres qui ferment mal, une tablette voilée ., des bricoles ( défaut professionnel d’un architecte d’intérieur! )

Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man alte Gemäuer mag, natürlich cool aufgepeppt.

Tolles Ambiente, grosses Badezimmer mit cooler Regendusche zum geniessen. Die Betten waren wunderbar, wir haben königlich geschlafen. Das Restaurant hat uns verwöhnt mit feinstem Essen in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war gesund und sehr fein.

Stunning small hotel where you feel immediately at home buy also privileged to be in such a wonderful place. Staff were amazing, so was the food, room exceptional (we were upgraded due to a booking issue) cannot fault it!

The fact they block money at your account when you make the reservation is kind of messy. I am still not sure if my bank did or not the reversal payment.

This is by far the most memorable stay I’ve had in the past decade, this hotel is a prime example of smart design. Everything in the room was thoroughly studied. Reclaimed wood and furniture was smartly repurposed. It was an unforgettable experience to live and experience how environmentally designed spaces can be so comfortable and joyous !!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful, super friendly people working there.

Lots to recommend this wonderful hotel, including its great charm and idyllic location. But hands down the best thing was the staff. Everyone was exceptional - they couldn’t have been warmer or more helpful. We look forward to coming back again soon.

We booked a room with a bath, and had to ask to switch rooms so we could have one with a bath. The staff were helpful with this.

A great stay with style, with a beautiful view of the river

The very welcoming and available staff, The beautiful rooms, beautiful view. Magnificent bathroom with a great bathtub. Breakfast was very good with many options and eggs very well cooked. We had dinner at the gastronomic restaurant. That was excellent. The swimming pool is beautiful diving with natural light. There is a separation door in the suite for the sanitaries which is nicer for intimacy than in the superior room.

The change over

The staff were extremely helpful

The hotel was sold this last week, whilst the new owner has brought his own team, there was no restaurant available. This was the one reason for visiting the hotel and booked prior to arrival. For both evenings we had therefore to drive a considerable distance to celebrate a birthday. Both restaurants were exceptional, though it did tarnish our stay

Beautifully restored old building in a lovely town and area.

The lovely historic building, beautifully restored, friendly staff. The town was great for walking around with a lovely bakery nearby for a cheap, most enjoyable breakfast.

It was off-season so almost all of the restaurants in town were closed. The hotel menu was limited and higher in price than quality. As in many European hotels the room was tight with no good place to read.

A lovely old, historic property— well located for visiting Lascaux and other attractions.

Great location for exploring the region. Extremely nice and helpful staff and terrific restaurant.

Needed another chair in the room; wish they would change the menu daily. In the off season — which is when we traveled— it’s a bit too dark to walk into town at night so we ate there 4 nights; food is excellent and creative but it would have been better if there were some variety or a daily special. The restaurant suffers a bit from new staff who are not always on top of things.

Beautiful property, stylishly designed interiors, an excellent restaurant. The chef was exceptionally accommodating to make a fully plant-based menu.

Wonderfully authentic and upscale while still being very cozy.

Beautiful historic property. But their personnel is what made it special. My car was backed into while at the hotel, and their employees helped coordinate and take care of the entire situation with the other driver. We were speaking three different languages to make it work.

amazing property , amazing staff, and super cool spa and crew, great service in general and amazing restaurant. Noemie and Michael went above and behond. cant wait to get back at there place.

Idyllic, as if we travelled back in time.

I loved everything about our stay. The property was historic, and the service was excellent. It really was a hands on experience that I would share with anyone I know who is going to be visiting the area & beyond.

Lovely terrace for dinner on a warm evening. Comfortable peaceful room. Very good breakfast. New small pool.
