モントリオール郊外の静かな宿泊

ドライブ旅行の途中で宿泊しました。モントリオール中心部からわざと離れたところを選択。部屋は望み通り広くて、大きな快適なベッドでゆったり。たしかバスタブも深くてお湯がはれたはず。日本人にはありがたい。モントリオール中心部からは遠いですが、中心部へ行きたいときは車で行って駐車場に停めて散策すればよいです。朝車で出発するとき、中心部から離れているので、ラッシュの渋滞に巻き込まれなくて良いロケーションにあります。

特によくない点はなかったです。

Confortable!!!

Le confort du lit est parfait!!!

Rien à voir avec la qualité de l’hôtel mais malgré les règles l’odeur de marijuana était présente dans le corridor.

Hotel agréable et propre

Hotel situé à 40 min de l'aéroport. Bon accueil et chambres spacieuses. Petit déjeuner copieux. Grand Parking .

Petit bémol pour l'organisation du petit déjeuner...un seul petit toaster du coup manque de fluidité quand il y a de l'affluence.

On veux votre argent mais pas vous voir.

L’emplacement, plusieurs commodité à proximité restaurant dépanneur . L’établissement est propre et bien entretenu.

Cette établissement ne veux pas d’équipe de hockey et on vous le fais sentir. On ne tolère pas les parents qui discute dans le lobby et ce dès 18h30. Il n’est pas possible d’utiliser les installations déjeuner pour accommoder le souper. L’option proposer est « Louer une salle ». On fréquente les hôtels pour le hockey environ 20 fois par année et c’est la première fois que l’on subi un accueil de la sorte et ce sans justification. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être traiter comme des ado perturbant. L’établissement a peu être été «échaudé» par le passé, mais ce n’est pas une raison de mettre tout le monde dans le même bateau. Bref si vous êtes un groupe et souhaiter vous voir ailleurs que dans une chambre cet hôtel n’est pas pour vous. On préfère que vous déranger les autres clients prêt de votre chambre plutôt que le lobby.

Bien mais pourrait être mieux

Le lit confortable, le déjeuner ok pour certain, le stationnement gratuit même si on doit se stationner dans les espaces de véhicules électriques, et ce, à la demande de l'hôtel...Glissade pour la piscine.

Jeux d'eau non fonctionnels, spa non fonctionnel, piscine froide, déjeuner très basique, Salle de bain vétustes, usées.

Les filles ont adoré la piscine et la chambre avec les lits jumeaux même si le luminaire en forme de soleil nous est tom

La chambre à côté de la nôtre n’arrêtait pas d’entrer et sortir de la chambre, mais ils entraient dans la carte donc ça faisait un bam bam bam chaque fois. Ils avaient mis le verrou vers l’extérieur pour ne pas que la porte clanche lorsque quelqu’un sort.

Hormis la non-information de l'indisponibilité de l'espace aquatique, l'ensemble est resté correct.

Nous avions choisi cet établissement principalement pour l'espace aquatique.... Or, le lendemain de notre arrivée, celui-ci a été mis hors fonction, surtout sans aucune information envers la clientèle... Regrettable ! Juste prévenir et s'excuser de la gêne encourue, cela aurait suffit...

Considering l booked 11 days prior to the Metallica shows, l was more than satisfied.

Breakfast was great. Bed was big. Room was clean and spacious. A/C was cold. Fridge and freezer worked well. Water was strong and hot. Staff was pleasant. Parking was plentiful. Location was close to A40 on ramp. Metallica was awesome!

TV was small. The beds foam mattress was too soft to be able to sleep on your stomach and not get a sore back. Personal preference though.

They asked for 225$ deposit in case of damage to the room and that was NOT MENTIONED on your reservations details. To be treated as a possible criminal or vandal made me really really ANGRY

Everything you should expect from a hotel!

Staff were friendly, accommodating and understanding. Complimentary breakfast had good simple options. Location was a short walk to a grocery store and pharmacy. Room was clean and all amenities worked great!

Very minor issues with WiFi. Had to ask for a new code after a few days.

Was adequate accommodations for what I needed at the time.

Clean facilities/ room. Staff was pleasant and efficient.

This is absolutely nit-picking and not really anything to complain about - which I didn’t and am not. Breakfast was okay, however more attention could have been given to replenish items and fix the one coffee spout that was empty / not working. Also the shower head in my room was worn or broken and was not able to point it upwards. Due to it’s low mounted position and my height, this made it difficult to shower.

Booked a room at the Timmins, Ontario Super 8, got a reservation at this Super 8 in QUEBEC instead. Between the hotel an

NOTHING. I was in a completely different province that night. Booked a room at the Timmins Ontario Super 8 and the confirmation came back as this Super 8 which is in QUEBEC.

The price, no refund, no cancellation. This booking was a mistake by Booking.com who said the hotel had to fix it, the hotel said that Booking had to fix it. The reservation was made after 4pm as an emergency because roads were closed, the hotel staff told me it wasn’t their problem that I was too far away and that there is no cancellation after 4pm….even for a reservation that was incorrect.

My stay was ok. The location was perfect for the event.

I would come back with a better price. We were expecting a little more for that price.

The bed were too soft. We were sinking in them and the pillows were stiff.

Great value if the water slide worked.

I really hate to be negative but the main purpose of us going to this particular hotel was the water slide, which was shut down when we arrived. This was a HUGE disappointment. If it wasn’t for this fracture we would have rated the hotel much higher. With that said, the room was fabulous, and immaculate (although the pillows left much to be desired). Staff was wonderful and did their best to accommodate us.

The water slide was nonfunctional and the breakfast was mediocre.

I love the fact that its close to a lot of stores and restaurants! And it’s a clean place 😊

Ive been to this hotel 3-4 times and i was quite disappointed about the fact that the water slide was closed and the breakfast in the morning does not have the waffle machine anymore 😭
