The breakfast was good, but a little disappointing. Items running out and awkwardly laid out. Otherwise we enjoyed it

The toilet in our room was much too low and very awkward for anyone even mildly handicapped. This might seem like s minor thing but would make us think twice about another stay.

Parking was easy and close to the entrance.

The air conditioning was blasting and there wasn’t a way to turn it off. While it was warm during the day, that was fine. But, night time was horrible. Only way to solve the issue was unplug the unit…all or nothing. All drains were clogged in the washroom, someone else’s body hair was on the shower wall.

Over priceded for the quality.

Had to run the hot water for over 15 min to get hot water to shower in the morning. The bed was not very comfortable kept waking up. The so called hot breakfast was a huge disappointment

Loved breakfast

No elevators for seniors; told if we moved to ground floor it would be more expensive. Hotel was mostly empty!!

I was shocked when I got a call to the room asking if everything was fine with the room and just call if I needed anything. Wow!!

All was good.

I like that it was very quiet and comfortable

the fact that I go have to request housekeeping 24 hrs in advance.

should make it clear when you select an upper floor that there are no elevators as I was with elderly lady that could not take stairs. Was able to change to ground floor but would have liked to know in advance

The complementary breakfast and flexibility in booking. The front desk was really helpful.

It was excellent, please add milk to your menu, the food was fresh and hot and very tasty, thank you for a lovely stay. I would come again, and stay there again.

Please add milk to your breakfast, I love a nice glass of milk in the mornings. otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Not much to share

The location is not wheelchair accessible at all. No automated doors, no elevators, no ramps. The staff was a little cold and unreceptive to the guests. They literally closed the doors on diners while people were having breakfast simply because “the time was up”. There were a lot of families with young children who were quite unruly and the hotel staff did little to nothing to reduce the overall noise levels in the hallways.
