The perfect family and pet getaway. Home away from home😘🐹😁

Everything and the staff were excellent and friendly. Made us feel at home. We took our Guinea pig girl OREO. They loved her and she loved them. We are very happy and this is the only hotel we are going to stay at. Love you guys and the staff in LIONELS.😁💜❤️🐹

There was nothing we didn't like. It was perfect....🙂✨️

Comfortable but expensive

Comfy beds and sofa. Free onsite parking. Free wi-fi was reliable. Free lemon water in the lobby all day. Walking distance to bars/restaurants/groceries. Short drive to outlet mall for shopping. Easy access to the 417.

$300 per night for a small room and that was for Sat/Sun/Mon! No hot tub and no mats in the gym.

J'ai réservé une chambre avec 2 lits double, et j'ai reçu une chambre avec 1 lit queen. J'ai dû demander l'installation d'un lit d'appoint, lequel n'était pas encore installé à 21h. et bien entendu qu,il était moins confortable qu'un lit double. J'ai tout de même payé 283$ pour dormir dans un lit d'appoint! Il n'avait pas de couverture supplémentaire de fournie dans la chambre j'ai dû demander et attendre la disponibilité du personnel pour les avoir.

Great location and staff, only wish the room was more comfortable and inviting

The staff were very kind and helpful with questions around my room and about breakfast, and they upgraded my reservation to a king suite at no charge. Room was very clean, and exceptionally quiet. I appreciated having the self check-out option via my TV

The king suite would have cost almost $300, for that price the 'suite' had very basic furniture shoved against one wall. A "kitchenette" that had a mini fridge and an extra sink with some disposable cups, but that was about it. I was also disappointed that even a basic a-la-carte breakfast wasn't included (I ended up buying a low quality Sysco muffin and tea at reception for $5)

Comfortable and great location

Comfy beds, blackout curtains. LOVE that it had a bath tub still. So many hotels going to a shower only. Renovted room with no carpet feels so much cleaner.

Very low water pressure. Everyhting else was good!

Great staff, not great facilities.

Front desk staff were all great. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Lots of free parking.

Hot tub is horrible. Carpet was disgusting. Chair, desk and dresser were all full of spilled drink remnants. Service in the bar/restaurant was terrible.

The suite was good, but I think if you can put a mirror in the living room and one at least in the bedroom that will be perfect.

I did not like how someone worked in the hotel is coming to ask if we want to clean the suite without even knock the door. She just opened the door, you know sometime people forget to put the paper outside at the hand of the door. I think also if you can put a mirror in the living room and one at least in the bedroom that will be perfect because the mirror just in washroom.

It was ok. I had stayed twice in the past and it was excellent so I was disappointed this time.

Room was clean. Transferred us to another room as they said the noise would be more around the room we booked. They also gave us a discount which was awesome due to the fact breakfast was supposed to be included and wasn't. My husband is a diabetic so they did give us a muffin, a piece of banana bread and an orange juice which was nice. Though they had no healthy options.

They said they did not put in our reservation until yesterday as they said it was missed and the manager had put it in manually before we came. I had booked in early November. I wanted room service early for supper and it did not start until 5 pm. Breakfast was supposed to be included and the restaurant was closed for renovations on January 1st.

The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The shower had a nice rain head. Towels were plentiful. Location was good for us, close to family.

We only had coffee in room when we first arrived. It was not replenished after our first morning, we stayed 3 nights. We asked the housekeeper to put some coffee supplies in our room, but she must've forgotten. Our last night, I asked for coffee at the front desk and it was supplied, but I forgot about cups. For the price of the rooms, I would expect a continental breakfast would be available.

AWESOME.

One of my all time favourite stays in Ottawa. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating upon check in and during our stay. the location was fantastic for what we were doing in Ottawa, being a few minutes from the highway in both directions We stayed on the top floor in the corner King suite (would highly recommend) and the room was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast (free for kids under 12) at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Will absolutely be booking another stay soon. Thank you!!

Great little getaway!

The staff was great, our beds were very comfortable, and we liked that we were within walking distance to Landmark Cinemas and Kanata Centrum.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, therefore, the pool was unavailable. However, the hotel had contacted me prior to our stay to let me know.

Comfortable and close to good restaurants. Would have been better without the renovations going on.

The beds are super comfortable, soft and clean. Very friendly staff. I felt safe with the people at the front desk.

Cleanliness of the hallway. Probably construction mess on the rug. Bathrooms need updating.

Staff are all really nice. Very clean hotel, and the beds are so comfortable. Great location as well. Can walk to many restaurants and even the movies.
