Overall, a good value.

Breakfast selection of items is ok. One of the bed mattresses should be replaced as it was well "used". And the swimming pool needs to be opened.

Again, the one mattress has been dip in the center of the mattress making for an uncomfortable sleep.

Good location for stopping during travel. Conveniently close to hw. 400, restaurants, etc...

Pretty good value, but needs updating.

Breakfast was great, pretty much the same as the Hampton Inn, which almost twice as expensive. Internet was fine for my minimal purposes. Housecleaning staff were very good and went out of their way to give us things we asked for.

Room numbering makes no sense at all. I requested rooms next to each other, but rooms 312 and 313 are well down the hall from each other. They only serve breakfast from 7-10. Three hours is very short. The mattresses are old and lumpy, and have divots in the center that you sink into. This was both mattresses in both rooms we had. I'm used to old mattresses, so they were fine for me, but someone used to a newer, better-quality mattress may have some issues. The place is a bit run-down and needs some updating, especially the elevator and hallways. When I checked out, the clerk refused to give me a receipt for my stay, saying I'd be emailed one. As of five days later, as I write this, no receipt has been sent.

The staff were very friendly

The breakfast was great, as were the buffet staff.

The room a/c was in need of cleaning. The window lock was broken. The vanity faucet 'hot' and 'cold are reversed.

It was great altogether. I stayed with my dog and it was hassle free.

Breakfast was great. Good coffee and a selection of baggles and english muffins as well as mini muffuns. The location is very convenient just off the 400

Noisy neighbors all night long and smoking was definetely happening on my floor. The morning cleaning crew didnt seem to mind or notice

Close to where we were attending a Celebration Breakfast was great.

It seemed old and dated. Old carpeting needs updated to smooth washable flooring. Chipped paint. Would not stay here again.

disgusting, dirty, no hot water, hate it, never stay at a super 8 again

upon arrival check in went good, however it didn’t take long to go south. room had stains all over the walls and vents with who knows what. went to have a shower there was no hot water, good thing we booked spa room. they said boiler was down but didn’t tell us before hand. I asked the lady why she didn’t tell us she said she just found out. as customers were coming they also were not informed, she is a liar. could go on and on how this stay was horrible. if you enjoy a disgusting dirty place this is your place. DO NOT STAY HERE ITS GROSS. not sure how they have any positive reviews don’t listen to them they late wrong

Disappointing

I was over charged for the room. When I contacted the company the process to get my money back was difficult and wouldn’t work. The pool was closed at the time of our stay.

Convenient location, friendly helpful staff, restaurants within walking distance

while generally clean, the bathroom especially could really use a deep clean, water stains on the walls, and film on the mirror give the impression of a dirty room

awful bed, lot of dust in the room, sink cannot evacuate the water, over charge for the dog after the check in… no coffee, no juice for the breakfast!

This place as gross! It smelt so bad! Mouldy cigarettes! And it seemed like the staff were aware. Three other people switches rooms because they smelt so bad. Is was so outdated. Breakfast was horrible. The rooms were horrible. So gross

Location

Unfortunately the rooms were not very clean, toilet didn’t work well, the pool was out of service! Honestly would have taken a refund for the room.
