Best hotel in Ptbo!

Súper 8 is always the best for amazing friendly service from every staff member. The pool was clean, the room as well and the excellent breakfast! Always makes my trip to Ptbo a very enjoyable time!!

Will stay again for affordability, but definitely just a place to get up and go

Easy check-in. We paid $115/night- which was reasonable.

One bed in our room creaked every time you roll over. Pillows (not enough). Bathroom needs recaulking. Pool is tiny and closes at 10. No hot tub

Our room with bunk beds gave space for different sleeping schedules. Great friendly staff.

The hotel ventilation was surprisingly good - CO2 was in a low range, indicating that the air was being refreshed regularly. We are still in a pandemic, and ventilation is one key way to protect one another.

Our timing was bad - renovations to the hot tub and exercise room made them unavailable. The timer on the waffle machine is flakey - sometimes works, sometimes not.

Good family place

The staff was nice but the breakfast guy was a little creepy. The front desk guy upon check in went over the top to make sure we were comfortable.

The hot tub was not available and that was a big part of our choicing them. The laundry room needs upgrading

Great staff but the facility could use some work.

The staff was phenomenal!. Super friendly and accommodating

The hot tub was not functioning and the pool was fairly small and the drainage on the deck was not great leading to huge puddles and slippery situations The TV in the room was quite small and the remote didn't work.

Great value for money when staying with kids.

Having a bunk bed and Xbox in the room made the kids' experience top-notch and they are still talking about what a great time they had- in fact, this hotel was the highlight of their trip. The queen bed was very comfortable and the room was a decent size with two chairs and two tables so that we all had places to hang out together. The staff was really accommodating and we appreciated their help with our (rather numerous) requests.

The breakfast selections were quite limited, expect waffles and toasts/bagels with cereal. There were yogurt and hard-boiled eggs in the fridge but if you're looking for the full-service with scramble, you won't find it here! The pool was a tad small but the kids didn't seem to mind. It got to capacity on deck pretty quickly on the Saturday night of our stay which meant a splashy mayhem in the pool- but the kids didn't seem to mind!

It was a great value and we were able to bring our dogs!

I liked where the facility was located. It was close to all amenities.

There was only 1 thing that annoyed us but it didn’t have anything to do with the facility. I would consider it beyond their control. There was a customer who had extremely loud music playing for 4 hours. It was annoying.
