C’était propre mais mal contrôlé.

Le confort est bon, le mobilier, la salle de bain et le lit sont très bien.

Il y avait un groupe qui faisait du bruit et se promenait d’une chambre à l’autre en riant et parlant fort jusqu’à passer minuit. Nous avons appelé au front desk pour nous plaindre vers 23h15 ça s’est calmé un peu mais ½ heure plus tard ça recommence. Puis à 6h00 le lendemain ça repars de plus belle encore plus fort. Nous n’avons que très peu dormi. Il faut un gardien de sécurité pour faire respecter la tranquillité. Trop de gens ne savent pas vivre en société et ne respectent aucunement les autres.

Chambre plus ou moins propre. La toilette pense pas qu'elle avait été nettoyé 😬 et ça sentait tellement mauvais en entrant dans la chambre 🤢 . J'ai dû ouvrir la fenêtre pendant toute la nuit 😐

Location fine handy to highway plenty of places to eat

The deposit of 250 dollars for my dog which will take 5 to 7 business days to be reimbursed, side walk to the rooms and doors where covered in snow garbage outside of room .stayed at two other comfort inns before drummondville and never had to pay a deposit .will be travelling in August and will have to consider if I should change to a different hotel . The stay at drummondville left a sour taste in my mouth

Location. Left before kitchen opened

We asked for a room on the first floor as we had a packed car with xmas gifts that we didnt feel safe leaving in the car over night. We were told not available although I checked and all rooms were in darkness all night. We had to make several trips up and down two flights to carry everything in. We are 60 and 70 years old. We make the trip from NS to On several times a year. We will choose elsewhere to stay as the reception womens customer service was non existent.
