Fantastic place to stay

Wonderful hotel. Staff are all friendly and the facilities are great. They were so accommodating and made our anniversary feel really special.

Don't recommend for long stays.

I liked the view from the room. Breakfast is tasty.

I didn't like that every day I had to prove to the staff that I can take juice for my child. Also breakfast menu NEVER changes.

The hotel cleanliness and facilities is good but staffs are not approachable.

I like the cleanliness side of my stay

Most of the staff member were not approachable and not accommodating. We arrived late at night and we are not treated nicely. The night staff on duty when we checked- in on the 29th June was so mean and we felt so disgusted with the way she talks. She doesn't know how to foster positive relationship with her customers. She might need training to improve her relationship building skills.

Disappointed

At arrival, waited 15 min for an elevator to return to lobby.. when we took the elevator again it stopped at every floor from 14 down, which no riders at door. There were 10-12 of riders going down. The 3 elevator was out of service...The room service breakfast was cold& bland. Expectation was 😞 for the price! It was a convenient place for the night,which a taxi for 100.00 would of been more satisfying. ALSO, had to pay for parking 15.00..wow

a good place to stay and would stay again

The check in staff was friendly and efficient. We were unable to stay for breakfast as we meeting up with Bev’s sister in Mission. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

Superb

Great location, Guilford Mall was literally right across the street along with a variety of restaurants and pubs. The hotel itself and along with all the staff was very exceptional.

Nice hotel, too bad some of the staff members are unpleasant.

Very nice, large room. Easy check in process.

Several Staff members were congregated outside my room (1701) in the morning having very loud conversations. When I mentioned they were disruptive, one of the men was argumentative and very condescending. A few minutes later, the hotel phone rang and I was accused of being too noisy. I was by myself and did not even have the TV turned on. The rude staff member was clearly trying to anger me. I had enjoyed the stay until that point.

I like the hotel. Entries are more like appetizers, and over priced. We spent $100 and left hungry. I paid for the hotel, then got charged $15 for parking. We thought that was gouging. Don't think we will be back

The only few things I would say I liked was the room, the mountain view and it was close to the shopping mall.

Didnt like for few things and one major reason was me,my wife we got food posioing from the breakfast. And we both were really sick and we lost a day in our trip as well, we adviced to the hotel about this and they said they will be doing an investigation with the morning staff and letting us know. But there was nothing after that. And then the following day we went to the pharmacy and got medications. And even when I was checking out there was no word on asking how we are doing or anything. And that is really bad as we are not from Surrey or Vancouver. We came there from toronto and the very next day after breakfast this happens. So yeah Im not so pleased about this. And the night before we checked out I asked room service for the nesspresso pods and milk and they said they can bring but will have to charge for room serivce. Really....these things are normally refilled when youll do a room clean up right? Really bad I would say in that.
