Probably will never book there again

Location

Over priced rooms, no fridges or microwave in the room for the price you pay there should be more than a tv and bed. The bathroom shower floor was disgusting and there was no bathtub in the room as advertised

Not worth the price

The bed! It was surprisingly comfortable!

The location! Be aware, the hotel is situated between 2 night clubs! The noise goes on until 2/3am and you're only hope for a decent sleep is a room that over looks other hotel windows in close proximity at the back of the building. Also, there is no restaurant as the pictures have you thinking. There is a door that leads you into the next building which apparently does a breakfast BUT this is not part of the hotel. Also, the bath is low and shower not very powerful & there was a big blood stain on the carpet of our hotel room! You also have to pay for parking on top of the ridiculous amount you're paying for!

Great family stay

Friendly, accessible, old character, clean. Lovely housekeeping staff.

Pull out sofa mattress is very old, you can feel the springs. The included breakfast didn't have any options for vegans or those who have dietary restrictions

Could be cleaner

Staff were great

Ants in the bed and bathroom. One lamp in the bedroom did not work. Breakfast was cold and did not include coffee

overall value for money.

The location was good. rooms were clean and tidy. the counter staff was very helpful and polite. would give 100 marks to Kumud, Arun and Kusum

the breakfast was not good- everyday same and nothing much for vegetarian.

The crew at Quality Inn are great people that work with what they have. The Bistro guy is fun!

The staff inside the property was excellent. The breakfast crew was not the best and tried to make breakfast a hard thing. The plates were dirty on the weekend stay and they lied about getting breakfast to go.

Breakfast crew could have done better as a whole. The wanted to ration bacon, sausage were cold, pancakes were hard, syrup was all over the salt and pepper shaker, and the room is dark so that you don’t see how dirty it is.

El alojamiento esta sobre granville, todo se resume a esa calle en cuanto a trenes, camiones, etc, súper bien ubicado, comida alrededor, desayuno muy rico, atención del personal excelente 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Todo muy cerca, comida, farmacias, tiendas, excelente ubicación y las habitaciones impecables 10/10 La atención de algunos del Personal muy atenta, pensé que por ser una calle tan transitada y que nunca duerme habría mucho ruido, pero nada que ver, dormimos excelente y todo cerca

It was great and would recommend your hotel to a friend.

The staff were amazing! They’re really nice and are always willing to attend to your needs. And room was serviced everyday during our stay. They did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the room. Free hot drinks is a bonus. Great location also. Very accessible to everything in the city. Overall, it was a great experience.

Reason why I gave 9/10 was because I could hear noises from outside. And at first I thought the price was a little too high, but its actually fair given the fact that its right in the heart of the city.

We enjoyed our stay!

There was daily maid service even when we didn’t leave early. It was easy to access our destinations from the hotel. The staff greeted us genuinely whenever we entered the lobby. We enjoyed being out all day and feeling comfortable to come back late. There are many nearby eateries and convenience stores within walking distance.

The bed near the door was uneven. At least it was low and high down the middle. We didn’t expect the same bed to be only 1 foot from the door! We were on the 4th floor and it was noise from the trash collection truck and people yelling from the streets. It would be nice to have heavier drapes that help block sound. I didn’t like that a spilled can of Coke wasn’t cleaned up from the night before.

Unfortunately I have to say DON'T STAY HERE!

The staff were very helpful and nice.

The room and facilities were very old and worn out. The bathroom extractor fan and bedroom air conditioning unit were both extremely noisy - impossibility to have on & had to use bathroom in the dark!!!! Biggest problem - as indicated in other reviiews - was the horrendous noise from the ground floor pub at night. Started about 10pm and went on until 3am. I would recommend that NOBODY SHOULD STAY HERE UNTIL THE COMPANY COMPLETELY REFURBISHES AND SOUNDPROOFS THIS HOTEL.

Try to avoid it

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. Anyhow there were many homeless in the street.

Too old building, tiny elevator, a the very old and big AC right beside the bed and too noisy. We spent our last night in other hotel.

It actually smelled bad when I walked into the lobby. I bought a sofa out of a machine and it was warm. No restaurant or shuttle to the airport.

Good location and nice staff

Old, smelly, room didn’t even have a mirror or mini fridge. The room smelt perfumy, like a bad smelling cleaner. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our feet turned black from walking on it.
