Bel Hôtel à caractère unique

Caractère unique de l Hôtel. Bien placé pas tres loin du centre-ville. Bon Accueil du réceptionniste lors du check-in et aide à trouver un parking comme celui de l hôtel plein. Chambre bien aménagée et décorée. Literie Confortable. Très propre.

Parking plein nous avons dû stationner au Indigo.

Over-rated

The property was filled with interesting and pleasing artwork. The property was a heritage building and was in many ways authentic to the era.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room we chose was advertised as a king however it was a “full” and not even a queen. In addition the room was very humid, so the sheets felt damp.

The staff was great, vieux Québec is five minute ride

The room was small, the bed was not comfy and the sheets were a bit yellow. Not well isolated so the room was often cold and the bathroom smelled bad all the time ! In terms of money value, i don’t think it’s worth it.

If I knew they don’t have a parking spot as they I wouldn’t book

I booked the room with a parking spot, but when we arrived, we were told no more available parking, so I had to go a few blocks away to park the car. The place they offered was underground, so tiny, impossible to get in for a regular-size sedan. I had to go seven blocks away to park the car. Beware

Excellent location to enjoy wonderful Quebec City

Great location opposite Art Gallery and close to Ave Cartier), very helpful staff (excellent restaurant recommendations), quiet room

Downstairs basement room, poorly ventilated (needed air conditioner), no lift access to basement

my favourite place to stay in Quebec City

This is a great little place to stay. In the trendy Montcalm area, across the street from the museum of fine arts, close to rue Cartier with its bistros, shops, cinema and the Rideau Rouge restaurant and Boite a Chansons ( a must). Art is everywhere in the hotel including the rooms with quirky features. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is good value and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. My second time here and won’t be my last.

We slept great!!

Lovely decor and exterior! Comfy bed, very charming and helpful staff. Perfect location to everywhere.

Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options for $10 dollars pp. Basically cereal and bread. Be nice to see some fruit. No turn down service either which would’ve been nice
