Comfortable, clean & friendly

The location is terrific, a short walk from the cruise ship terminal and the shopping precinct is a few steps away. Our room was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, there were plenty of choices on the menu and it was delicious. We loved that this hotel is dog friendly, we miss our dogs when we travel so it’s always a treat when we meet pups and get cuddles. We’d stay here again.

Great location and nice room, pity servicing of rooms seems to be a problem even for Marriott Bonvoy

Smooth check in with nice rooms, location was great given we were using train to and from Vancouver Airport and still wanted to be in city centre. Had a couple of meals at attached Diva restaurant which offered great service and tasty dishes.

Room was not serviced despite pointing this out to front desk. In the end had to ask for fresh towels and was expected to pay tip for service which should have been completed earlier !

Fair, but there are many things to improve

The hotel looks clean, friendly staff, fast service, and an excellent location. Convenient keys, a good spacious bathroom. Clean sheets, good temperature control. I love that the light was adjustable.

The window is very dirty with bugs inside the window. My room is supposed to have a balcony, but there was none. Some furniture is ugly and old

Beautiful and very comfortable, but not well-cleaned.

The room was incredibly beautiful, the bed was really comfortable, it was quiet, the temperature was easy to control, and checking in and out was easy and quick.

The cleaning was not done thoroughly. There was spilled milk in the bottom of the fridge and someone’s leftover ketchup packets, and I found a used disposable medical mask beside the desk. Upon checkout I was charged more than I was told I would be without warning, however a few days later it did change back to the originally anticipated charge.

Definitely not value for money.

vibe restaurant and Breakfast was very good .

Room service was very poor, if we didnot ask nobody come to clean the room . Even after several call on reception we have end up to come to reception and ask for toilet papers . Also Hotel have some construction working which very noisy during our stay as they using jackhammer sort.

Great hotel in a central location.

Outside temp. around 6*Celsius and I could not get the room really warm. Central air condition makes it to about to 18*Celsius, which is ok, but I liked 21*Celsius. So I saved energy for a better world. I would return.
