Very accommodating and fun. Central location that made it easy to travel around the city.

Location was central to everywhere. The walking distance to Waterfront station made it an ideal spot for travel to and from the city.

There were no complaints. Everything was perfect and beautiful the staff was very friendly and Allison was very kind and informative on the city and the best places to hit up.

That french female checkin staff ought to go for further customer service training!

The breakfast menu and staff were good and friendly. So was the housekeeping.

There was a checkin French female staff who was bad at explaining about the carpark procedure and when we asked her a few more clarification, she actually made faces at us, think we didnt notice it. That particular incident unfortunately just spoilt our whole experience and stay with Delta.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location, close to downtown and Gastown but not noisy. Transport on the doorstep. Friendly helpful staff. Went out of their way to help our daughter celebrate her birthday.

Air-conditioning a bit noisy. Bathroom quite small but adequate for 3 people short stay. Some may feel uncomfortable in the area late at night.

Breakfast to be ordered in set, fancy menu and being told up to what value to order. We had no breakfast and went out to supermarket to buy something. Was most annoying

location is great. staff is super friendly and helpful. gym is nice.

small bedroom plus sofa bed room. Cramped, sofa bed lounge area. Once you pull out the bed, you can’t do anything else in lounge. it blocks the fridge, desk, etc. plus sofa bed was not good. would not stay in room 1001 again.

Breakfast options were limited and unable to split beds for a family of 4. So when they suite check if they can split beds for kids/teenagers.

Location was good for catching transportation. Staff were super friendly upon arrival and very helpful. Room was comfy and clean with good views.

Breakfast menu was limited , and being given an allowance for breakfast was not that welcome, especially given the room cost.

Clean, comfy, and classy!

It’s always a lovely place to stay. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The entrance and lobby are clean and elegant (also there’s a beautiful light and subtle scent when you walk through!). It’s family friendly; walking distance to all the best shopping, the best food, and the best attractions! Teenager (and Mom) approved.

Stay was good, just not a wow factor. Room was way over priced for what you received.

Room was comfortable and the staff were cheerful and helpful.

The room configuration: separate bedroom and living room with sofa and chairs and desk.

A few times (twice) housekeeping forgot to give us a new bath mat after they cleaned our room.
