The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, and it was such a great location for getting around in the city! We will definitely stay again when we visit BC!

The night view is stunning and there are many picturesque places close to the hotel. Hands down, we recommend this facility to anyone looking for a beautiful setting. You will not regret it.
$529 + + for a room in Victoria seemed a little steep when the booking was made, but weighed against the spectacular view, the fabulous staff and the amenities, well worth the price.

views were amazing and proximity to things in Victoria, we were able to walk most places. room was nicely renovated and we were treated very well by staff
the only thing is that for the price I wasn’t a fan of two very small things: the toilet paper is extremely thin and cheap and so were our towels but it didn’t dampen our experience just small annoyances

service was not very good in the restaurant - Lure. It would have been very easy to walk out without paying and there were only 4 or 5 tables of people and at least 7 wait staff.

The service. Every staff member was exceptional.
The only real gripe we had is that the toilet ran.

beautifully renovated room and view. the person who helped us at check in was great.
some staff could use a refresher on service. had to really fight for a 30 min late checkout to 11:30. no extra umbrellas. yes there was one in the room but there are 2 of us and it rains reasonably regularly. attitude of a couple of staff members was not service oriented.
