Je suis vraiment surprise de la qualité des chambres et j'y retournerai sûrement!

Excellente localisation car j'allais chez une amie qui habitait à 8 min à pied. Excellente surface de vie, grande salle de bain, bons produits de douche. Parfaitement propre et belle déco.

Le seul défaut, ne pas pouvoir arriver par les condos et le quartier à proximité. J'ai dû attendre à l'accueil car le personnel était parti une dizaine de minute. Je n'ai pas pu avoir la réponse à ma question pour un séjour futur.

Déçus pour un si bel hôtel

Personnel très accueillant, propreté et dimensions de la chambre, lit confortable.

Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, nous nous serons attendus à avoir des peignoirs dans la chambre, d'autant plus qu'il y a un espace Spa dans l'hôtel. Le bain froid du spa était "désaffecté". Ne restait que le bain chaud et un très petit sauna. Aucune information n'était donnée sur l'espace Spa et il n'y avait pas de service de massothérapie. Nous n'avions pas de menu pour le petit-déjeuner dans la chambre, alors que le restaurant Dijon de l'hôtel en servait. L'insonorité de la chambre au niveau de la porte, laissait à désirer, surtout que nous étions près de l'ascenseur. De plus, au cours de notre séjour, un groupe de jeunes a séjourné à l'hôtel. Ils y ont fait des concours de courses effrénées dans le corridor près de notre chambre, toute une soirée et une matinée. En plus de rassemblement très bruyant, près des portes d'ascenseur, toute la soirée. Nous avons appelé la réception qui nous ont dit que leur couvre-feu était à 22h00 et qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire.......

J'ai vraiment tout trouvé parfait. Ce que j'ai vraiment adoré c'est les cookies qu'ils donnent à la réception. L'acceuil est vraiment super. Et le petit déjeuné 10/10.

Trop court

Notre chambre 413 avec vue sur le golf était magnifique, nous avons particulièrement aimé pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres de notre suite pour pouvoir entendre les outardes le matin Calme et nature en plein Charlesbourg à 8 minutes de notre fête de famille ❤️

Rien: tout était parfait: excellente nourriture au souper belle preésentation et excellent service de notre serveuse Malheureusement pas pu profiter du foyer extérieur car il pleuvait Se sera pour une prochaine fois😘

A special treat for end of season skiing.

The suite was marvelous - lots of room, elegantly decorated. The two TVs came in handy. The bed was most comfortable. Access to the pool was easy. Several places for dinner closeby or at the hotel.

L’emplacement, le spa, le grand lit King et le restaurant le Dijon

Le frais additionnel pour avoir la chambre avant 16h (early Check in a 13h). Aucun peignoir à la chambre ce qui fait que les gens se rendent en costume de bain au spa.

J ai aimer tout d abord l accueil très professionnel , ont m as fait le coup du biscuit chaud a mon arrivée, j avoue que c etais la 1er fois et j ai apprécier le staff sympathique et agréable , le confort de la literie et enfin le très grand spa extérieur.

Recommend it

The location is good if you have a car. The view to the golf course was pretty.

The pool was really dirty. I hope the management does something about it.

Rooms were great the rest was underwhelming.

Beds and room were very comfortable. Was very happy with the room.

The service was not as good as you would expect given the property. Rooms were not cleaned daily as per Covid, but instead you had to schedule a cleaning ; then cleaning was forgotten for scheduled date. Ask to have garbages emptied and towels restocked in lieu of forgotten cleaning ; this required two reminders. Pool was not in good shape. No towels for the pool; had to go back up to lobby for towels and bring extras down for other hotel guests. Property is lovely and clean but the service for a Hilton and for the price was underwhelming.

Comfortable, clean and lovely setting.

Room clean and had exceptional toiletries in bathroom. Bed was comfortable and bedding, pillows of good quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Only disappointed that spa not working. Site very nice!

Place was clean and serene. Facilities were good.

The room was too small for a family of four. We struggled to move around with two beds and one chair. Children simply did not have space to sit while eating. Family of four should get a bigger room

Great vacation relaxing stay, thank you!

View to Golf course nice and green. Nice quiet suite, all easy going and really relaxing. Good breakfast. Wonderful comfy beds (even sofabed). House-keeping only on demand, sustainable approach. Nice little details like warm welcome cookie 😊

Highway next to Hotel can be heard when windows open. Staff were stressed Sunday breakfast, seemed too less people (other days fine). No real pool, only small hot water bath.

Perfect for a short stay

The location is very pretty, with lots of trees and green. We don’t play golf , but it was neat to see the golf court.

Location Bed was super comfy

Wine glasses in the room were put away dirty and we had to clean them before use. The drain in the sink leaked water in the bathroom. One of the soap dispensers was empty.
