Lovely comfortable Hotel in a good position with great views.

The first night we had a room on the third floor directly above a pub playing loud music and people singing karaoke. After speaking with the manager, we were moved to the sixth floor at the other end of the Hotel. This room was lovely, very quiet and private, and we appreciated this very much.

Incredible location, amazing staff.

Incredible location right in the village overlooking the mountain and ski lifts. 1 bedroom mountain view apartment cozy with the most amazing comfy king bed, heated bathroom floor and a gas fireplace in lounge room. Self contained with oven, dishwasher etc. There is a laundry room in basement. Costs $3 per load/dryer. There is a soap dispenser you can purchase washing powder for $1. Walking distance to all the cafes and restaurants. Parking $38 a day/ self or valet. Highly reccommend the peak to peak Gondola. Roof top hot tub lovely and can be booked at reception in half hour timeslots.

A little dated for the price and, unfortunately, no hot water on our last morning. Hotel advised and maintenance attended room immediately. Boilers working but high demand for hot water that morning. Whist it didn't bother us, pub below and across can be quite loud- ear plugs supplied. But noise shuts off around 11pm.

Great location. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room amenities were great. I wished I were staying longer.

Bedroom was a little warm with no air conditioning -- just a fan.

The hot tub needed booking and we were only there for 1 night so we could only use it in the hot sun the next day.

Great location but double edge knife: too loud at night

very good location, very convenient next to the gondola. ski rental in the same building very convenient as well

Either the room windows are way too thin or the bars outside are just too loud. Maybe a combination of both but having a good night sleep was very hard. Every night there was so loud noises from drunk people. More than half our stay, one of the two elevators didn’t work. Staff uses both of them as service elevators to load supplies for the 2nd floor restaurants. Unnaceptable

We had the most amazing stay here with excellent service, spacious room (fully stocked kitchen) and perfect location!

This property has an excellent location! Five Star Service, clean, and spacious!

Nothing..we will only stay here on our future trips to Whistler.

So close to the slopes and the root top hot tub was amazing! The staff were awesome and took our bags in early and held them late for us on check out day!

Overall great experience with the hotels and staff.

walking distance to shops and restaurants.

It was hard to find and I was using my gps until I asked someone on the street who pointed out the location. Parking is expensive.

Location, staff and rooms were great.

Didn’t like that I I had to pay for parking as the hotel was expensive, parking should be included if your a guest at the hotel.
