Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast that was included in the cost.

Rooms sealed for safety. Understand why but would have preferred the ability to step outside without walking through hotel.

Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast options for those looking for simple Canadian breakfast. Room is spacious, comfortable lighting and air conditioning. Highly recommend.

I picked your hotel with restaurant expecting to have dinner there. It meant I had to go back out and search quite a while to find a restaurant. You need two people on duty during check in. I tried to call in for directions and the phone wasn't answered and the mail box was full. I stopped 3 times asking for directions. If was a 15 Min wait to check in due to volume. The lady (staff) was patient and helpful.

breakfast was not replenished as needed. had to flag the waitress to let her know. It would also be a good idea not to have the room towels bleached.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the dining room was good at dinner. Breakfast had enough variety but the food was cool to cold (when we asked we were told that the warmers were broken). The décor seemed updated.

The hotel was chosen with location in mind and it was indicated as central. However, it was on a busy road with no sidewalks and it was impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel meaning we needed a cab for absolutely everything. It would have been very helpful to know that in advance. I was a bit surprised that in a three night stay there was no cleaning or fresh towels ever.

hidden dirty areas and missed garbage under the bed and couch. dirty under the bathroom shower drain cover... only know because my son was curious enough to lift it (hes 17 months old). breakfast not as good as it used to be.... homefries were stale and hard, eggs werent good.. just dissapointed

patio doors don’t open, beds are small, even for double. Bathroom could be a bit bigger as door was close to toilet and bathroom fan should work
