Pleasant , some nice restaurants close by, we felt safe walking around in the area.

Im Ganzen zufrieden.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten zu Fuß nach Granville Island laufen durch ein sehr schönes Wohnviertel. Auch die Haltestelle zur Canada Line zum Flughafen war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Great hotel

Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Room was of a good size and clean. Could not fault anything - would definitely consider staying there again

Great location and decent but with flaws.

Everything went well - additional parking was expensive especially as the room is not cheap - though its Vancouver.

We needed to change rooms after the first night due to mechanical noises. Also room was jammed between elevator shaft and ice dispenser. The other assigned room was better but the through-the-wall air conditioner is unacceptable for comfort and not expected for this high-rise hotel. It significantly cheapens the experience. Breakfast was not included and that is OK as it looked very average.

Our stay was good, hospitality and location was great.

Location and staff was excellent. Clean rooms and common areas. Enjoyed the view of the city.

Beds need replaced, no microwave in room.

I would look elsewhere next time

Room was ready early. Staff was nice. They gave me a cheaper rate as there were only 2 of us instead of 4. However still pricey. Recommend parking behind michaels for a cheaper rate. Hotel provides discount code.

Beds were lopsided and uncomfortable. A/C was loud, toilet would run sometimes after flushing. The TV would freeze and the screen would go black. Asked for a view of downtown but instead had a view of the construction west on broadway. There’s a new event tax and all in all it was $400 a night. For this hotel that it too much to pay.
