Nice place but would find a different location for the price.

Price fluctuation made it hard to decide when to book. Price jumped by at least $50 within minutes and actually changed almost every 20 minutes leading up to our stay. Keurig machine in room but only 1 regular coffee pod and 1 decaf.

Given a mobile accessibility room which was ok but was not really. Description said lower beds and seats and that wasn’t the case. Also bathroom door was self closing so a few times we had it close on us and got hit by the lowered towel hooks in the middle of our backs. Also shower soap, shampoo and conditioner were on the wall very high so also not very accessible if you wanted to take a bath. Pool very tiny and hot tub water was not clean, real human soup color

El restaurante y Bar, buenos.

No hay seguridad ; puede entrar cualquier persona y no se dan cuenta. A las 5:45 am, en el piso 3, en la lavandería estaba un vago fumando mariguana y esperando que terminara el ciclo con un morral desocupado. Cuando llegue, salió corriendo. La limpieza de la habitación muy pobre, nunca aspiraron el piso, ni limpiaron el mugre, la basura la dejaron. Muy regular .

Great location and staff

Location was fantastic both to Chinatown, Downtown and the Old Port. The gym and pool were good, reception area was spacious and relaxing to wait in. The koi pond adds a lovely ambience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially Pierre Kay who checked us in early and gave good recommendations for food.

The room was clean, adequate and comfortable enough but could do with a refurbishment. The carpet looked old and dated. The instructions for the coffee machine was easy to follow but it would have been good to have had more coffee pods instead of just one regular and one decaf. Also some milk or cream rather than dry creamer would have made the coffee drinkable. A small kettle for hot water for tea would be preferable as water from the coffee machine tastes like coffee!

距离中国城很近的一家酒店。干净舒适，价格还很合理。酒店工作人员特别热情，提供中文服务。汽车可以停在酒店自己的地下停车场。

停车场收费略高。

لا يوجد صندوق أمانات الموكيت غير نظيف ورائحة الممرات سيئة الاستقبال في الدور الثاني اللفت يتوقف بشكل الزامي في طابق الاستقبال سواء في الصعود او الهبوط البار سيء والديكور والارضيات غير مناسبة لا يوفرون حتى علب ماء للشرب في الغرف الموظفين غير محترفين في التعامل التشك إن والتشك آوت بطيء جدا يتم طلب تأمين علما بأن الغرف غير متوفر غيها اي مشروبات حتى الماء المجاني

Inconvenient sleep due to loud A/C

Comfortable accommodation in top location.

Very comfortable hotel in a location with easy access to Chinatown and Old Montreal. Staff were friendly, room was good. We had the swimming pool to ourselves. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Car park was relatively expensive.

Nice Hotel

Hotel was really nice & clean & staff were very helpful & friendly. Beautiful foyer with swimming fish, very nice.

Breakfast was included in price but restaurant told me as my son was over 11 I would need to pay additional 37 CAD per day. Reception staff sorted this quickly & refunded the charge. Parking was additional 30+ CAD per day.

Holiday Inn near China Town was a perfect getaway for our family in Montreal

Perfect location around Montreal downtown, metro station and old port. Several nice places nearby to eat specially the proximity to China town was amazing. Unique lobby with large area of water and fish was very relaxing to see.
