Everything , the towels were dirty. There was dog hair everywhere all over the floor the beds etc. the toilet paper was already used. The floors were nasty asf

Convenient location.

No microwave or coffee maker in room, although I did know in advance. Do not like $200 damage deposit. No water in room for a few hours. Poor drainage in shower. Room telephone did not work. Loud mechanical drone (not in room) all night.

Staff were kind and understanding to our complaint of cigarette smoke and did their best to accommodate us however, there are NO non-smoking rooms at this hotel. Rooms are simple and clean. They are aired out as best they can with open windows and deodorizers but you can still smell the stale cigarette smoke and in our case, you run the risk of someone actually smoking in the room beside you and the smoke wafting into your room. Bathrooms are clean, yellow burn marks from cigarettes sitting on the side of tub where people sit on the toilet and have a smoke. If it wasn't for the cigarette smoke throughout the entire hotel we would have zero complaints. (we also had a noise complaint regarding the smoking people in the room adjoining us at 2AM however, front desk staff resolved it immediately.)

Requested and reserved a non-smoking room. Entire hotel smells of deodorizer trying to cover up cigarette smoke and cannabis smell. Rooms are provided to homeless people for shelter from the cold, through an organization called Cornerstone, which is fine however, some smoke in the rooms and those same rooms are then aired out and re-reserved for paying customers. Be prepared that even if you request a non-smoking room it will have been previously smoked in, probably within 24hours to a week, no matter what floor you're on or what room. They do not keep separate rooms for paying, non smoking customers. In our case, we were woken up in the middle of the night smelling cigarette smoke as it wafted into our room from the adjoining door to the room next to us where homeless people were provided a room.

The only thing positive about that place is that it's near to all the restaurants and gaz stations.

My son had a basketball tournament 10 minutes to that place so the whole team booked there since it was the closest hotel who could find. This is not a place to go with children, drunk and high people were all over the place, there's no fridge in the room and not even a microwave, we needed to heat some food and had to go downstairs in the common area to have access to a microwave, there was a drunk lady almost naked in there who teied to approach my 14 years old son. We couldn't sleep in the room cause we didn't feel safe since we couldn't lock our bedroom door, my son started to bleed on his nose cause the room was extremely hot and there was no way to control the temperature. In the morning while we were leaving to go get some breakfast, we got stopped by a bunch of police officers and dogs cause they were looking for a man who was staying in that hote, they caught the man and put him on the ground with their guns out and yelling. For the rest of the day they put a security guard at the front door to keep watch. This was by far one of the worst weekend that I have had in a hotel... By the way... I booked a room for me a my 2 kids and there was only 2 towels in the room so I asked for more and they told me they were being watched, I went down to request more the next day, I got the say answer so for 2 days I couldn't get not even one extra towel cause they were apparently being watched. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, for the price that it cost you would expect it to be cleaned and well kept but that's not the case at all. The Best Western is only 5 dollars extra so in two weeks I will just book with them instead of that garbage.

Arrived at 2:10 for an early checkin. Woman tells me $20 for early checking. I found that repulsive and an act of gouging the customer. As a result, I would not necessarily choose this property if am gonna arrive a bit early.

Food options nearby. Entrance to HWY401 nearby.

Hairdryer broken. The vending machine wouldn't dispense water (claimed it was sold out when the shelves were full). Towels had hair and were stained. The electrical outlets looked dirty. Very plain room. I was charged $275 for one night. Rate was ridiculous given the quality of amenities but there were no other hotel options under $400.

The location of the hotel

Arriving the hotel, it smelt like marijuana in the main doors. Staff did not greet us. Staff stated what room we were in but not where abouts it was. We had to come back to the desk to ask. Then, when we went to our room the door was propped open. We went back to ask and staff member walked us to the room and told us it was fine. He seemed to notice we were uncomfortable with that and asked if we wanted another room - which we said yes to. Our room was small, dirty floors and the window was open when we got to the room. The door also had gaps in it which we could see out in the hall from the cracks. Throughout the night we heard conversations in the hallways as well as repetitive door slamming off and on throughout the entire night until approximately 5:30am. Would not stay again.
