Hotel nice, trainee staff was excellent but Catherine gave incorrect info and Patricia was rude

The trainee Kyushu was excellent and she attempted to explain the additional fees but Catherine gave incorrect information and when the manager Patricia came out to explain why I was taxed on top of tax for an 50 upgrade to my room she was very condescending and rude. She wouldn't let me explain what happen and kept talking over me so I matched her energy and told her to give me my receipt. Just so you understand we the customers will pay what we need to but we just want you to be honest upfront with the prices like Khushi did when I asked for additional night. The staff outside of Kyushu ruined my experience here. I am a Marriott member and card holder but I shouldn't have to discuss that to get good treatment like I saw when I was at the front desk (given to those who verbalized that they were members).

Unbezahlbare Aussicht, Preis Leistung 👍🏻

vista sulle cascate bellissima camera calda, con termostato regolabile, ampia e spaziosa colazione top, aveva davvero di tutto: dalle omelette salate, verdure cotte, bacon e salsicce, al dolce con brioche, pancakes French toast e molto altro. Anche frutta e yogurt con cereali. la posizione dell'hotel è ottima perchè c'è una funivia che in 5 minuti porta vicino alle cascate per una bellissima vista

non ci sono molto armadi nella camera per mettere i vestiti senza tenerli in valigia

"This old, dilapidated, and dark hotel would not even be a 3-star if it didn't have that view. I'm truly disappointed that this hotel claims to be 5-star. I will never stay at this rundown place again. It's not recommended at all. The quality is more like a 3-star hotel in Pakistan."

The Marriot Fallsview and spa cancelled our reservation without notice before we arrived.

I liked the location. The hotel faces Niagra falls. seeing the falls from the room would have been a good time.

Это не первое наше пребывание в сети этой гостиницы. Мы заказали 2 номера с определенными предприятиями. По итогу, получили номера не соответствовавшие заказу. В одном из номеров не возможно было находиться в ванной комнате из за сильного шума. У другого номера был только частица вид на водопад. Завтрак не стоит своих $, только если у вас нет желания искать что-то другое, то это выход из положения. На завтраке, навязчивый персонал, который с трудом выполняет свою работу и просит чаевые. При выезди из гостиницы, мы сказали о своих впечатлениях. Нам сделали скидку на номер. Наша оплата за гостиницу прошла через Booking. И каково было наше удивление, когда гостиница взяла второй раз сумму выше назначенной на БУКИНГЕ. Только спустя месяц и после частых звонков в гостиницу, нам с трудом вернули деньги и то не все. Цена /качество не соответствует действительности.

Disorganized hotel Poor Customer Service.

Falls view was spectacular Room 2219. Room was really clean. Big clear TV’s. Really comfortable bed with nice linen. Two person jetted tub.

Upon arrival entrance is very underwhelming. Long wait time to register and was congested and disorganized Called in the morning they said I should be able to have early check-in because the particular room I wanted was leaving at 2 PM but can’t guarantee. We arrived at 4 PM room not completed. They took our luggage and put it in a room somewhere for us. We had reservations for 430 and had to leave and could not get dressed properly because we didn’t have a room. Leaving the hotel I had checked online to have the valet 20 minutes ahead of time to have my car waiting but of course like everything else in this hotel. My car wasn’t there so we waited again while they went and got it. I find this hotel very disorganized, there is no compensation for any of the problems. Disappointment with the management as they kept saying different things to me. We were happy to go home. Let me tell you as hotels, I much rather the Fairmont

Amazing views, Good food, Nice Staff, Clean rooms, Good gift shop

It had a great view of the falls, the beds were incredibly comfortable, loved that there were water bottles in the room, the noise maker in the bathroom. We loved the gift shop it was so cute. The place was clean. The restaurant was 10/10. Starbucks on location was amazing. Parking being included was great.

The shower heads need to be changed. They need an update with better water pressure.

Very average

I liked the view and bedroom and bathroom aesthetic. Everything was very clean.

There was no cold water. I filled the bathtub with water and it was so boiling hot that the room filled up with steam and it was unbearably hot. I asked the receptionist about the AC not working and she told me it's off for the entire building and didn't try to get me a solution. I had to leave my bedroom door open for 1 hour to let the hallway's coolness inside. It wasn't enjoyable having to shower or wash my hands with the water being so hot that my skin turned red and almost burnt. They also provided no cold water bottles. Didn't feel like a proper Marriott experience.

전방이 좋은방 침대도 편했고 방 크기도 좋았음 다른 전망좋은 시설을 이용할 필요없이 훌륭했다

필요없는 어메니티 요금을 받았다 무료 물이라고 두병 제공하였다 이미 우리차에는 물이 많이 있었다 체크아웃시 물 두 병과 와이파이 이용료라면서 어메니티 요금을 18달러나 받았다 이건 사기다 항의해도 별 소용이 없었다 주차도 45달러라고 말하지만 추가 요금이 10달러 넘게 청구된다 심지어 주차장도 걸어서 7분정도 가야해서 다른 주차장에 주차하여도 별 차이가 없다 주변에 15달러면 올데이 주차할 곳이 있으니 굳이 호텔에 하지 마시길

Sensationeller Blick, Hotel in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage ist sensationell. Die höheren Zimmer mit Fallsview bieten einen einzigartigen Blick auf die Fälle. Insbesondere bei Nacht und zum Sonnenaufgang ein Erlebnis. Die Betten waren bequem und die Ausstattung vollkommen in Ordnung.

Das Hotel ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen und auf Masse ausgerichtet. Es war aber alles sauber und funktional. Wer modernen Luxus sucht, ist hier jedoch falsch.

Cheapskate response by a pretentious hotel

Room was spacious, rather dated. Perfectly adequate view from 11th floor. You pay more for higher floors, obviously which is fair enough.

Wrong information from Info desk. Staff member unaware that bridge crossing road to funicular to Falls had been closed for some time. Hotel guests had to cross four lane road with no crossing protection to access elevator down to Falls. After waiter spilled ketchup over my head and shoulders, front and back of shirt, while serving my (steak) main course of my dinner was told by Restaurant floor manager that "Your meal will be on the house Sir". Only after I had checked out did I discover that Hotel had only deleted the one course from my dinner bill, So their liability for a ridiculous accident depends upon which course they were serving? A cheapskate response from a pretentious hotel.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 17. Stock auf beide Fälle war unbeschreiblich. Schon das lohnt die Wahl des Hotels. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet!

Das Parken ist sehr teuer (Selbstparken in etwa 200 m Entfernung kostet 54 CAD incl. Steuer!)

I would highly recommend the hotel the staff was pleasant and view was magnificent.

The view from our room was amazing having the spa tub was an added bonus in the room. Being able to stay right on property and have a delicious meal at Morton’s was perfect. The spa on property gave us a nice relaxing day before traveling home. The spa staff was wonderful.

The bed was horrible! We were waking up with back pain. It actually sagged to the one side. We didn’t want to give up the view from our room so we toughed it out but Marriott is usually know for their comfy beds so this was quite the disappointment. We also had a day where we ordered room service at 10:30 and at 4 in the afternoon the room had finally been cleaned but it smelled of the dirty breakfast dishes. We ended up placing it in the hall.

beh la vista sulle cascate canadesi è incredibile, anche se proprio dalla parte dell' hotel si alza la nebbia formata dalla forza dell' acqua,poi la camera è grande con doccia idromassaggio insomma tutto molto bene ma .....

Manca la cassetta di sicurezza,per me un difetto grave in un hotel di questo livello,e poi mi hanno addebitato sulla carta un livello per me esagerato, tengo a precisare che avevo prepagato l'hotel e che il parcheggio che giustamente dovevo pagare è ad un livello molto più basso, è giusto dire che ad ora risulta un preaddebito, e mi aspetto che rimanga addebitato solo il parcheggio,ma bloccarmi un quantitativo maggiore del costo del soggiorno mi sembra esagerato

Visit to Niagara Falls for wife’s birthday, was amazing!

Perfect view of the falls, room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a bottle of wine and a piece of chocolate cake for my wife’s birthday. They went above and beyond, will definitely stay there again!
