Location to freeway and Arlington National Cemetery. Plenty of restaurants nearby, hotel was quiet
I was unaware that I could not change to a different room once I got there. I felt bad about being in a handicap accessible room when someone else may have needed it. I wasn't thrilled with there only being 1 chair in the room meaning one of us had to sit on the bed whenever we were in the room.

When the tour buses showed up with 200 kids and it was crazy at the breakfast area
When I arrived at property I had to leave an additional deposit on top of being charged for the room

We spent the overnight here. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. We left early, around 7am, but their breakfast was already open, so we were able to enjoy that on our way out. No issues at all. Will stop here again if the opportunity arises.

The fact they put a hold on your card for $200
My room didn't even have a fridge nor a microwave. I had medication that requires to be in a fridge, we had to fill a Foodlion bag with ice to keep my medication & drinks cold. For the price of the room & holding $200 off my card we should have at least had a fridge in our room. Never ever will I book with Best Western again.

I've been staying at BW since my college days in the 80s. Recently I stay at BW in Buffalo NY. I like the pool outside the staff clean rooms and breakfast
Really nothing. There was a mix up but it got worked out and I'm very satisfied

it was in a good location
they charged me an extra $200 deposit that they still have not released from my card and it has been over a week. they did not disclose this information until i arrived so had I have been on a tight budget I would have been out of luck. so instead of the advertised $154 a night for the room I have now payed $354 and I’m not sure when my money will be released back. when I asked the manager about this on site he just stared at me with no answer.

The facility was OK as far as amenities but availability to many were for a very limited time.
The management was rude and very adversarial at all encounters and discussions and inquiries.

The location was great. The staff was nice
Wi-Fi didn’t work. I called front desk she didn’t know. She gave me a number and they couldn’t get it to work. The guy said he was gonna get a maintenance guy to go check the antenna. But we never heard anything else about it. The next day we talk to the maintenance guy. He act like he didn’t know what we were talking about.And I travel and couldn’t sleep because the next room had kids. They were making noise the whole night and idk how old but it was a child crying. The walls was so thin that all I heard was stop, lay down go to sleep. SMH.

The $200 hold fee for incidentals is ridiculous. This is not a 5 star hotel. I stayed at a Hilton last month and the fee was only $50. Plus, Hilton removed the fee the next day. Best Western took about 5 days to remove it after check out.

The staff was very friendly & kind. Large Hot breakfast there was alot to pick from. Would stay again. Room was nice & clean.
They ran out of coffee for the rooms.
