Nice location Friendly staff

Thin walls? We could hear every single conversation ppl who were walking on the hallway and also ppl getting ice from the ice machine. We barely slept in that stay. Half cup of water was in the one of glasses. I couldn't use any of the glasses cuz I wasn't sure if the other one is clean or not. The drying rack was dusty.

Never will I stay at a Sandman again!

Pool closed. Same thing occurred in August. Bathroom was a mess. Tub drain missing. Asked to get it fixed first night. Maintenance person came but stopper didn’t fit. Said he would be back. Next day,after his no show, asked again around 2:30 PM. No show. Seam along tub were cracked. Water could get in = possibly of black mold. At check out my wife talked ,again, to check out clerk. Was given 3 Dennes cards total value $15.00. I was in Kelowna for a surgical process. All of the above made for a hard stay

Keys didn’t work, small rooms nothing special

Keys didn’t work and I was super far from front desk so arriving at 2:30am to finally get to your hotel room and then have to walk all the way back to get them fixed is frustrating. The pictures also made the hotel look much nicer and the rooms look bigger.

The stay was fine but would opt for a different room next time.

Great location, staff was helpful and friendly. Free coffee in the main entrance. Also liked having a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker in the room.

Our room was facing the pool, which was unbelievably loud. Because the room faced the pool, our room was very dark. Also, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom.

If I ever stay again, I will definitely make sure Im getting what I want and paid for!!!

I liked the location to all amenities we needed to be at. The food at Deny's was good and convenient. The lobby to hotel was clean and inviting. Love the idea this place is dog friendly especially for our friendly rottie.

NO ELEVATOR!!!😥to put our luggage trolly on, we had to leave our items at the top of the stairs so we could take items to our room. The room we got for 3 adults, a 1yr old and medium sized dog was very small, could have used an extra room and a kitchen for the money we paid. They DID NOT offer shuttle service to the airport in Kelowna BC😥. We had to pay for a cab!!!!😡

We didn't like anything the rooms were dark and dingy and seemed dirty to us beds were horrible all of it was terrible we'll never stay there ever again it's a dump

the location was nice

it was dirty!! the headboard was like a leather type of material and it was so worn out. it was dirty! looks like it was never cleaned. the balcony was dirty as well. the ceiling had so many water stains or mold, we couldn’t tell really..
