the kindness and accommodation of the staff was this hotels saving grace. but she has no help.

the front desk staff person was very sweet, kind and accommodating. welcoming breakfast/coffee nook.

dirty! moved rooms…still dirty. Crumbs on top of blankets, heater/Ac unit filthy- all surfaces dusty and dirty. hair in bathroom. Fingerprints on patio doors, dirty treads. very run down- . Disappointed especially for the cost. :(

I book the room at the comfort inn because it said it was pet friendly I was charged an extra $35 that I was not told about because I picked up puppies for Xmas gifts so I will never again stay at the comfort inn. I would sleep in my truck first. this is twice I have used Booking.com and both times I have been very very unhappy with the service I got the last time I was left sitting in a parking lot I had a hotel that was supposed to have 24 hour service we couldn’t find the front desk guy, what a hotel.

Very good

Hotel is not new but well maintained. Breakfast is very good for this class of hotels. At least much better than in another Comfort Inn - Edmonton Comfort Inn - where we also stayed during our trip in Canada. Hotel located directly on the Rt 138 2-3 miles before the intersection with Rt 389 driven from Quebec City. McDonalds and Tim Hortons are nearby. The old town and ferry terminal 5-7 miles further down

Breakfast had eggs and bacon.

No central stairway. No elevator.A long haul with heavy bags to the toom from the stairwell from the corridor end.

Breakfast is good. Location very good for access to restaurants, stores etc.

While we appreciate the fact that they accept dogs 35$ is the highest price we've ever paid.

overall very good with no complaints other than the price. Around $115-120 is reasonable

Breakfast was good, location was good, service was good, I felt safe.

Price was a little high compared to hotels a few 100Km up the road.
