Would not recommend because of unreliable staff

Was quite upset that had asked for a ground level room, while the premises were almost empty, and was LIED to saying the place was full!!!

Comfortable and conveniently positioned

They could remove the carpets in the bedrooms. They are dirty and not very hygienic.

The carpet in the rooms needs to be cleaned or removed and replaced by a wood flooring. Much more hygienic and easier to clean

Receptionist

One of the receptionist was being so rude to me just because I'm innu/ native. One of the housekeepers let us know that she's not nice to anyone. She wouldn't allow us to buy juices for the children at the front desk canteen.

The hotel was the answer for our needs. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast excellent. Even more so now that Corn Flakes are included. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. My only complaint is that the carpets in the rooms (we have stayed in several different ones over the last 6-8 months) are very dirty and either need to be cleaned or replaced with a more hygienic substitute. We stayed each time on the ground floor.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and respectful, and really attentive to public health rules in relation to the covid
