I was pleased with the hotel and would recommend it to others

Breakfast was an unexpected bonus to my stay! I felt secure staying there on my own. Was located close to the hospital.

The bed was not to my liking. My back hurt after the night

Good hotel

Hotel was good, decor a little dated but clean & tidy. We didnt stay for breakfast - just cereal, toast, coffee etc. We stayed here as family live in Newmarket.

Decent rooms, no real perks, but good for a place to stop and sleep.

It was available during the times we needed. Near a highway for quick access to anywhere else.

Need a vehicle to do anything, like eat. Nothing easily reachable in walking distance. Hotel is quite dated and aside from a breakfast, not much in the way of services.

Exception to the rule

Our room and the common areas were exceptionally clean. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast they offered was wonderful with plenty of healthy options. The staff including housekeeping were very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, because i booked online, i wasn't aware that i needed a "real credit card". And when i arrived and explained that my spouse was having surgery the following morning that they would make an exception with understanding that instead of the $100 deposit, I would have to be charged $250 which would be returned upon inspection of my room during checkout. It was not the kind of welcome we expected. However, upon checkout, the deposit was returned to me and the woman serving me was very kind in explaining that due to amount of thefts of a few previous guests, this is why the policy was in place, which I understood. She gave me her card and said when there was another surgery i could call her directly and she would book the room as they have hospital rates which i wasn't aware of. So my rating is based on this experience only. The location, rooms, breakfast and cleanliness was exceptional and the woman who helped me during checkout. If you do not carry credit cards you are out of luck.

Room was very clean and updated.

I requested a room away from any sports teams through booking.com. That did not happen. I w as woke up 3 different times. 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 am. People screaming in the halls as well as kids running in the halls for hours.

Nice staff, horrible sleep

The staff was friendly

The bed made very loud creaking noises with every tiny movement. The pillows were also uncomfortable, they were really small in length but really thick in volume. The a/c would start up through out the night and wake us up because of how loud it was. Had a bad night of sleep overall.

Very close to 404. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The bed were extremely comfortable.

The room for breakfast is very small. Hard to prepare your food.
