Disappointing

Convenient location. Price. Accommodating management and staff.

Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Floors looked clean but were not. Musty smell, damp, desk chair was broken.

Won’t do it again.

Nice setup but poor quality rooms and tv was broken and in spa bath the jets in the tub didn’t work.

Got locked out of our room with all of our stuff inside and they tried to just give us a new room and said we can’t get our stuff out of the old room.

This is located in a bad area and it shows a lot.

there was a spa tub but i paid extra for it

1 everything in the area was really sketchy 2 they didnt ask any questions when replacing my key that wasnt working and it was a diffrent person than who checked me in 3 the car behind me got shot at on the main road infront of the hotel 4 the sheet and blankets had burn holes 5 the bed was squeaky 6 one of the lights was burned out 7 the water was off when we got there

overall it was a good experience

it’s pet friendly, and the staff in the office was very nice! The lady did everything she could to make sure we was happy!!!

The bathroom had pubes inside the bath tub, not very clean. The suite room tv kept shutting off by itself, we would be watching tv and the sound would be scratchy and the picture would go off but the sound would still be working.

my room was a little tacky & I also had bugs in the tub and my second bed, bed sheets wasn’t to clean

Superb

The jacuzzi tub was so nice. Bed very comfortable. Loves the TV with all the apps preload Netflix, Hulu, even music channels.

The room while clean to the eye, the floor was disgusting. Got out the bath with no socks walked to the bed and the bottom of my feet were completely black. I ended up cleaning the floor myaelf cause I didn't wanna wear shoes the whole time. The was also a lot of yelling very early in morning. From I assume people who live there. I wanna say they were affiliated with hotel but am unsure. But if I'm renting a room to relieve stress and relax I don't wanna be woke up so early listening to people yell. It was my whole floor. Like they all knew each other or something. Because of languages barrier I had no clue what they were saying so my first thought being awaken from my sleep was something bad was happening but as it continued all day for the two days I was there I realized it was them communicating to each other very loudly.

Some of my group (4 vehicles in total) booked directly with Red Roof Inn & paid 40% less than I did. Next time I’ll book directly, I expected a surcharge for using Booking.com but not to this extent!

My room was leaking water. I called everyone no refund or nothing

Horrible experience my room was leaking and I was refused a refund

My roof was leaking water I can’t upload videos I wish I could but I can’t on here. Horrible hotel
