Not a pleasant stay

I like that breakfast was included. Didn't have meat or fruit but did have eggs, biscuts and gravy, toast, muffins and cereal. Juice, milk and coffee also available. They had an indoor pool and hot tub. They also provide towels for pool although they were kid sized. I also like that they had a washer and dryer on site. Although it was constantly being used and I was unable to get to it. Was also told by people that had used it that the dryer had to be run twice to dry clothes. We ended up going to laundry mat down the road.

The indoor pool was small, especially considering we were a party of 13. Sign stated that the pool capacity was 45 people but that would have only been standing like sardines. The floors in our room had soft spots and were uneven. The carpet in the hall right outside our door had some kind of powder sprayed up underneath it. It smelled like a bug powder and where the powder was sprayed had never been vacuumed the 4 days we were there. We got the rooms with king size beds because they were supposed to be 419 square feet where the rooms with two queen size beds were only 279 square feet. There is no way that our room was 140 square foot bigger. Even looking at the chart at the front desk, it was clear they were not that much bigger. Our group had three rooms. We cleared out of the first two and were in the third one. I went to check the first two to make sure that nothing had been left behind and housekeeping was already in there cleaning. Then when we came out of the third room to go check out, they were standing there waiting on us to leave. I felt like we were being rushed out the door and it was still an hour before checkout.

Run The Other Way

I liked that the bed was comfortable and the TV was a good size. It came with a decent size bathtub.

I didn't like the fact that the pool closed at 10pm and no where on the site did it state that. The spa was broken and ice cold. When you check in thr lady had a nasty attitude. She lied and said breakfast started at 9am. It was from 6am to 9pm so we couldn't enjoy breakfast. The walls are so thin you literally hear EVERYTHING!! The second floor smelled like someone took a dump in the hall way. I won't be staying here ever again. It ruined our romantic get away.

Very nice and comfortable and great value for money

Quaint and peaceful. Not super big and rooms are easy to access. Beds were very comfortable even with my bad back I woke up with minimal stiffness or pain which is a BIG plus in my book.

My only thing that was 100% perfect for me was the lack of balconies but that’s so minor it doesn’t really even matter

Absolutely disgusting. I want a refund. The most disgusting place I have ever stayed and I have stayed in some dives.

Other than proximity to I-95 there is nothing about the property that we liked or would recommend to anyone. Ever.

The moment we walked in the front desk agent was cold and unfriendly. The hotel itself is rundown and dirty and u kept. The area called “vending” had no vending on the third floor. It smelled like urine and there was garbage on the floor. The hallway had the worst smell that was very overpowering. The carpets were stained and dirty. The elevator stopped working shortly after we checked in. The room itself was disgusting. There were small bugs (fruit flies?) on the walls in the bedroom and the bathroom. The pullout couch had no bedding provided and the one sheet on the bed was stained with what looked like blood and dirt. Under the pull out were empty bags of chips and used tissues. When I went to the front desk for bedding for the pullout (since all other hotels were sold out and we were stuck here) she gave me one sheet and one blanket. Obviously that’s not good enough. I had to go back and fight with her for more clean sheets. How can a hotel equipped with sleeper sofas NOT be prepared to provide bedding for pullout sleeper sofas?!

Comfortable, large, clean rooms with airconditioning and heating.

The room was large, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Airconditioning and heating system available. The rooms are inside the building, no outside room entrance door. Breakfast was fine, large breakfast area with enough space. Check in went smoothly

Pool and hot tub was great and bed was very comfy breakfast was good but wish they had sausage or bacon

The shower head was not the best had great pressure just felt like needles and couldn't change the setting to another I tried had 3 options but lost water pressure on one and the other would shot towards the wall or to the curtain so was stuck using the one that felt like needles lol but I would stay again

So many thing were broken. Bathroom door, sink leaked, sagging floor near AC, microwave didn’t work, safe didn’t work. Dirty floor. Breakfast was not good. Check in staff was not friendly.

We reserved two rooms but only one was in the system. The clerk was not helpful and downright indifferent. She paid more attention to her child in the back room than guests in the front
