Worth It!

I hosted my family from abroad and this location is close to my place, to universal studio, hollywood sign, santa monica, hollywood blvd, rodeo drive WITHOUT the traffic in LA. Laid back town, its quiet and safe. Plus buffett breakfast and unlimited free coffee,water and tea.

One morning a random bystander guy who looks “high” or under influence of something was in parking structure. I didnt notice any security with gun to protect the guests and employees in case such uninvited guest comes to disturb other people.

Great experience staying here for the first time, will return back and do recommend.

Food and cleanness of the property. Staff was very helpful and super nice!

Parking is too small and very reduced.

My key card kept deactivating. I had to go to the front desk 3 different times to get a new keycard for my room.

Superb

Even though the pancake machine was out of service, the variety of options was surprisingly good. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and in good condition.

My only regret was not being able to stay long enough to take advantage of the pool and exercise area. Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles.

It was a last minute reservation. My credit was flagged for numerous charges. It declined- My son was asked to leave around midnight- he is a traveler not a local. The manager told me to reserve online .What a fiasco! The reservation was made and completed online around 1 ish. My son went to his room to sleep only for a few hours. When a staff member knocked on his door 7:30am and told my son 11am is check-out. Dissatisfied to say the least. Never again!!!

overall, I did have a good time here. I do enjoy how cozy the hotel rooms are and very spacious. I had a great time.

love the staff. the breakfast was delicious!! and the hotel room was nice and cozy.

the room are Soundless proof. unfortunately you Can here everything next door & the parking space are too small.

Need shelf or counter space near sink for storing personal items. Need hooks for hanging garments in bathroom. HORRIBLE CLOSET! My long dresses got wrinkled crumpled up... Needed a freezer in the fridge...
