Family suite is amazing!

The family suite is amazing! We were able to have the baby in the living room in the play pen where it was darker than the bedroom. Full sized fridge, and full ability to cook was awesome if you had an extended stay. The bed could have been more comfortable but we have stayed at places with worse beds. Staff at the front desk was so nice and friendly! And we came for a medical appointment and they were so accommodating. Nice to have a pool and hot tub there, and Dennys for easy breakfast in the morning. We have stayed here before and will definitely return :)

Blinds weren't long enough to keep out the light, and a tub in the family suite would have been more handy than a shower with a baby. We stayed on the train track side, so we had a pretty abrupt wake up at 11pm, and then again at 530am when the alarm clock went off twice and we had to unplug it to get it to stop. Haha...

It’s so good place . Environment is neat and clean. The best thing is that every facility is near the hotel.

Just the only thing I want to mention AC is not in the direction of bed . So , fitting of AC is totally wrong in the room. So the staff have to consider it . Everything is good.

Exceptional

Location and the fact that a bar and Denny’s was connected. It was easy for me and my wife to go grab a drink and relax knowing we’re in the same building as our teenager. Also, having the Denny’s connected made morning checkout and breakfast super easy.

usually really love this hotel, but this time staying makes me question.

the pool except it was super cold, especially for a 10 month old…

we were only giving 2 pillows, when we stayed last time there were 4, also the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and my daughter was crawling around and kept putting stuff in her mouth

Good Hotel

We loved that the nightly desk person moved us from the 4th floor to the 1st floor to accomodate our dog. We liked that she fave our dog a treat bag with toy!

We did not like that our room was across from the railroad tracks. The pet fee was a little high per night.

Bad Experience

Location.

I had a problem (check out): a complimentary taxi was booked by the hotel, etc, but the guy who was at the desk reception told me it was not possible, it was a mistake, etc. Also I mentioned I was going to pay in cash for my stay and everyone, at the hotel, told me: of course, you can pay in cash (check out). What did the guy say when I was checking out? No, you can’t pay in cash, etc, etc..So after a couple of minutes trying to convince him he said he was going to accept cash as a “favor”. It was totally unacceptable, it was rude. Too much stress, not worth coming back to this hotel. Cleaning is not good too, they forget, everyday, to change towels, coffee, etc. And yes, I have requested it everyday!

The AC/Heater was a bit on the noisy side. Sure I could have improved it with a bit of expertise on the controls....

the location was excellent for us as our grand daughter's graduation was held across the road!!

The air conditioner was noisy and hard to figure out.
