Établissement très propre et personnel très pro Chambre grande et confortable petit déjeuner également très bien à recommander

Malheureusement la situation près des routes génère un peu de bruit surtout le matin et si votre chambre est du côté de l’échangeur

Arrêtez-vous à Québec ou continuer jusqu’à Riv-du-Loup

La chambre était super sauf l’air clim vraiment bruyante.

Aucun wifi. Juste 1 chargeur pour EV sur 2 fonctionnel et au moins 5-6-7 véhicules qui attendaient pour charger… arrivez en 2024 svp. Nous irons pu à cet hôtel. Pourtant, c’était notre préféré depuis 2018.

Great deal

It was exceptionally clean.

It is a bit far from places of interest. It’s 3.5 miles from Quebec City, only if you factor in a ferry ride.

Fabulous

Every thing was excellent,very clean very quiet,breakfast was good staff were very friendly and helpful,every thing was perfect it was the second time we were there and we will go again.

Excellent value for money. Please never increease your rates 😂

The room renovation was mind blowing. It was so moderinized and looked and felt extremely uoscale. Similar to the hotels in DT toronto that charge you 1500 a night.

Honestly nothing during this stay.

On aime beaucpup votre hôtel mais café pas à la hauteur.

Petit déjeuner ok comme toujours Mais le café à changé de goût arrière goût de carton désagréable. Avant votre café était bon.

Le café. Vous aviez un bon café avant lors de nos séjours précédents. Je regrette mais là pas vraiment bon. Pour le reste c'est super.

they didn't have information I had given that we had a dog .... and they didn't find us on their reg

the room was clean but there were about 30 dead flies right at the door

Best hotel and staff!

I want to say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond! So clean! Breakfast was so good, and the serving areas were spotless! Pool immaculate! Just the best experience after a long trip!

Comfortable and pleasent

The room was very nice and we loved the coffee bar. A few more coffee pods wouldhave been good, but not your fault we drink a lot of it :) The breakfast was delious and the lemon water at the frint desk was wonderful.,

perfect location and good accommodations

The location is excellent. it was 5 minutes from my brother’s home and easy to drive to. There was a largely shopping mall and Walmart Superstore very close by. The staff was excellent and spoke English which was appreciated. Breakfast was good with many choices. The woman that took care of the breakfast was so nice.

Clean, comfortable beds. Booked handicapped accessible room and it met all our needs, especially being closest to the elevator. Great breakfast.

Exceptional

The facilities: microwave in each room, mini fridge, Hot buffet for breakfast and open coffee and juice machine 24hrs Piscine, gym and kids playground that the kids enjoyed so much

Wd prefer the boiled eggs 🥚 to be inside the shell and hot rather than frozen in ice But there were scrambled eggs that we enjoyed :)

The room was exceptionally clean and the customer service was stellar. This is our second time staying here and we will not hesitate to stay again.

Very nice stay and would certainly come again

Very clean room and excellent breakfast that everybody could enjoy. Exercise room was great but we didn't have time to enjoy the pool so maybe next time :)

Great place with great staff

We had a great stay here. The staff is very friendly and bilingual. They had no problem accommodating my dog even though I forgot to mention him while booking. Our double Queen room was spacious, well lit, and clean. There was plenty of desk space to get some work done and the wifi was solid. The beer and wine vending machine in the lobby was very welcome after a long day of driving. Breakfast was enough to start the day with a hot meal and some coffee..

Blankets in the room were very thin and the heating wouldn't stay at the set level. So by the middle of the night we had all the blankets piled on top of one another to warm up.
