Hôtel agréable et bien situé mais séjour gâché à cause des travaux dans la rue devant l'hôtel.

Certains membre du personnel très sympathiques. Les nouvelles climatisations installées (moins bruyantes que les précédentes). La salle de petit-déjeuner est grande et offre une belle vue. Le cadre est magnifique. La proximité des centres d'intérêts est très bonne (même à pied).

Le bruit des travaux, surtout quand une pompe est activé pendant la nuit... Heureusement la pompe a été remplacée par une un peu moins bruyante. Le parking un peu petit pour le nombre de chambres. Certaines chambres manquent de clarté.

It was a comfortable stay in a scenic part of Laval, and surprisingly easy to navigate.

The location was good; breakfast space faced the river. And there was a spa (which we did not use).

The corridors were too dark with blue lights. The hotel was on three levels, and I did not see any lifts. There were no eating venues at the holel, but enough choice on the main raod.

Ich war leider nur eine Nacht nach meiner Ankunft in diesem schönen Hotel. So hatte ich keine Gelegenheit das Spa zu besuchen, schade. Das Haus ist relativ neu alles super Modern und die Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Ein- und auschecken absolut problemlos.

Very good

Location as we spend time in the spa across the road. Transportation to and from the spa. Free breakfast was included. The hotel is located on the river and the view from the outdoor pool was beautiful. Highly recommend it if you are planning to stay in the spa for the day.

Not worth the money you’re spending

Wasn’t much to like

Had to change rooms 4 times due to smell/cleanliness, lamp wouldn’t turn off in the room, had to remove the bulb to sleep, breakfast was nothing special, no meats and only hard boiled pre packed eggs, could hear people having sex clear as day

Room clean and spacious. Continental breakfast excellent. Enjoyed lemon water and chai tea in the lobby. Check in was fast and reservations for spa reviewed and confirmed upon my arrival.

Although I chose a basic room given only staying for one night, the TV in the room was smaller than the one I had in my travel trailer. Also limited programming available. It was great having the spa across the street, the only issue is crossing the 4 lane street/highway on foot to access the spa. Not an issue of the hotel, but sidewalk only partially available on hotel side so again had to cross busy street when walking to nearby restaurant for dinner.

I especially loved the breakfast room overlooking the river with a nice warm fireplace. Excellent coffee!

Great getaway outside of Montreal city center with close access to it.

Everything was wonderful and very comfortable. I love that there isn’t any outrageous fees to bring my small dogs.

I wish it had spa areas for younger children. I was with my 9yo and unfortunately she could only use the outdoor pool. It rained and was chilly a few days so she wasn’t able to swim. I do realize that not every child is as well behaved as she is and that’s one of the reasons the rules are in place since it’s supposed to be relaxing.

Very relaxing stay in a busy area that felt quiet and remote when in the back

Breakfast was good, lots of choice. The restaurant was nice with a beautiful view out the windows on two sides

I saw tea bags but no hot water. Also, there were little cards they put on the tables after they were cleaned saying they were disinfected, but after guests left, the cards were still there. There should be someone removing these

the highway crossing was loud and busy and we had a hard time crossing to the spa, should be a bridge
