I really enjoyed having access to the indoor heated pool, sauna and the steam room!

Dated premises however dining exceptional..staff excellent.. location central would return..

Pet room had pet odor ..yuck..but some dog owners r clueless about pet etticate

It was such a cozy place! We can't wait to come back!

I enjoyed how you can drive up to your room to unload. I am thankful they didn't put me in a pet room. The pillows and bed were comfortable. The separate sink area from the bathroom was nice.

Check in wasn't the best... there was a woman who was somehow upset we did 3rd party booking and the reservations hadn't come through... so a gentleman was nice and helped but she wasn't very kind which, I get it- 3rd party bookings aren't the best, but I'm still revenue and just like any other guest who wanted to stay here for vacation as the other reviews looked nice and photos as well. I also wish there were hair dryers in the room and the room was cleaned a little more thorough but it ended up being a good stay after the check in.

Room was very spacious and clean.

I was not able to sleep at night, very loud people very late at night, wake up around 2am and a couple was fighting not letting others sleep, no good, I wish, staff will call police or something to report the disturbance, no one did anything, I will not be back.

We came with 3 other coupes and every one of us were very pleasantly impressed with the selection and quality of the food available in the restaurant. We had quite a diverse selection off the menu both nights we were there and everything was DELICIOUS!! I highly recommend adding an order of the stuffed mushrooms to the Chicken Parm! It was AMAZING and the Prime Rib was Exceptional!

They went above and beyond! Having access to a walk in shower with a shower seat was a HUGE plus. The only thing that I can think of is accessibility to walkers/wheelchairs since the distance between the rooms - pool - restaurant is a lot further than my legs and back can endure since my accident. I dd not anticipate how far it would have been or I would have brought my own, maybe just have one or two on hand could really benefit someone. Also, if you know someone is requesting an accessible room take a moment to explain that there is quite a distance between all the facilities and stairs to get to the restaurant.

they had just refurbished the restaurant so it was very clean and tastefully renovated.

so called spa facilities were not too appealing. very small and basic gym with old and tatty equipment. I specifically called the property prior to my stay and asked whether all spa facilities were in full working order and I was told yes. But, the steam room had clearly been closed a while and in the 6 days we were there, no work had been done at all towards getting it reopened. Rooms very basic. Bathroom in dire need of updating. no safe in room.

Nice location

Spacious clean rooms. Excellent restaurant with good cooking and more than ample portions. Breakfast was huge.

It is a convenient location. Everything is right there on the property, room, meals, entertainment. We were able to stay one night on a weekend versus 2 that most places make you do.

It needs cosmetic updates. The room had an “older smell”. Everything needs a fresh coat of paint and new carpet.
