Very convenient place to stay for UNC visit

Stayed for work during a visit to UNC. Had a car. Super comfortable and convenient.

A $10 charge for parking seems a bit excessive given the location.

All in all a good experience.

Small gym but it was perfect not a lot of people using it - staff was really friendly, our room was clean and room service always made sure to leave extra towels. Also they had towels at the pool small detail but I liked that.

I do think it is pricey to stay here

Hot, stuffy, and rude awakening on my last night

It was close to where I needed it to be.

The air-conditioning did not work. (Rm 202). Not sure if mine was the only room. Also, the fire alarm went off at 4:am and we were all evacuated into cold pouring rain for 30 minutes.

Excellent and very comfortable

Very clean, nice place to read and hang out at in their lounge. Plenty of snacks and delicious food to choose from. The price sure is worth the room and stay.

It would be great for a quick walk through of what’s offered during the time of check in.

Always very clean and comfortable. We have stayed there often and are always very pleased with the accommodations.

Doubtful return booking

There was No breakfast, just a snack bar with food for a fee.

Again, no gratis breakfast. Also, only two cups of coffee in room. Again, could go to snack bar and get more for a fee.

The bar was a plus to have on location.

The gym didn’t have a lot of equipment and the pool was very small

Exceptional

This is a great trip and I truly appreciated the generosity of the gentleman that checked us out in the am! He saw that I was struggling a little and helped me out and got me a cup of hot coffee!

The stay was average would not return or refer anyone to that place ‘

I think the grounds should be maintained & some type of breakfast available in the morning & more things tip do !!’

The lobby & elevator carpet is so dirty it’s disgusting to enter everyday & to exit everyday!!!

My card was charged twice for the same reservation. Front desk was not helpful and did not assist in resolving this issue upon calling them.

Very nice place that was perfect for our trip.

Our room was a suite and it was exceptional for the two of us. The wedding we attended was close by and the reception before was here so the location was perfect.

There was no safe in our room and we were on a long vacation with a lot of expensive stuff. Staff could not get the safe in the office to work for us.

it is just a 3 star hotel

The room is spacious, situated within an aged structure offering modest amenities. If you desire room service, it's necessary to make a request prior to 9 am; otherwise, it isn't provided automatically, which can be perceived as unconventional. A café/shop is present in the lobby where breakfast orders are placed, often leading to queues during the morning rush. Moreover, ample free parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the hotel.

Will stay somewhere else next time we go to Chapel Hill

Location. Guy at reception desk at check-in was very friendly.

Room was very humid. Didn’t matter which temperature we set on the thermostat. Bedsheet were too big for mattress and bathroom needs some new grout. Lady at check-out couldn’t care less that I was there returning the key cards.

Superb

Very nice staff... especially the young man who works the coffee shop in the morning. He was lovely. The facility is really clean. Comfy.

When I arrived I asked about Uber eats and how they handle that. I was told delivery people are allowed to bring food directly to the room! I was very dismayed to hear that anyone other than staff and guests are allowed up into the hotel floors. Safety at a facility is a large part of where I choose to stay. This was a red flag for me.
