I enjoyed that the lobby and grounds was very clean and pleasing to the eyes, very inviting.

The location is super! The bread was okay…maybe more fruit choices. But all in all not bad at all.

Have no complaints.

We were attending a funeral, so we were doing a quick turn around including an early morning flight. We picked this airport motel because its description stated that it had free airport shuttle service. When we arrived, there was a notice that the first shuttle was not available until 7am and airline departures required us to leave earlier. We were told there was nothing the hotel could do. We hired an Uber which added $30 to our expenses. Not part of our plan for this already unexpected trip

I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again

The rooms were dirty and should’ve been spotless. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The room had a musty smell. The door to the bathroom was damaged. The fan was too loud in the bathroom, and the toilet kept running.

Loud party till 1am down the hall, uncomfortable bed and pillows, not a good night sleep.

Check in was quick and clear was friendly.

I had concerns during check in regards to my privacy. Upon entering the room I noticed a framed picture was not on the wall but hooks were there. I reported to the desk clearly and she seem unconcerned. I also found a small bag of over the counter medication on the floor next to the night stand. Otherwise the room seemed clean. What is up with the small pillows? Bed has very uncomfortable.

Breakfast poor and very limited shuttle service only bet 7 am & 11 PM, printer not maintained.

breakfast poor Only ate four pieces of toast.No fresh fruit. This is the most important thing that you never asked about.. They advertized the shuttle which picked me up at 4 PM , when I arrived. I had to leave at 4:45 AM the next morning and they said the shuttle does not run until 7 AM after my plane leaves. They would not even call a taxi for me or give me a voucher for a cab company that they worked with so I would not have to pay. They did this last year. After half an hour of phoning three different companies, I finally got a cab. I went to print out my boarding pass and there was not enough ink in printer to print properly.. Went to reception desk and no one there. No bell to ring them. Yelled several times, no answer after five minutes.

Over priced for condition of room.

Location was convenient to relatives we were visiting. Also close to restaurants.

Room needs updating. Our bathroom door was cracked where it looked like someone had kicked it in at some point. Stayed 3 nights, but never had clean towels unless we went down to get them ourselves. AC unit wasn’t working properly and it was very warm at night in our room. (July)

I stayed there twice before and it was great that’s why I went back there. Not sure about the future

The location

Elevator wasn’t working so we had to drag our bags upstairs and all the way around the hotel. The ice machine was broken and the ac in room wasn’t working properly and it was 93 degrees outside.

NO ELEVATOR: assigned the second floor and had to carry all luggage up two flights of stairs VERY SLOW check in and the receptionist said I hadn't paid when I already did. A second person, maybe the manager, intervened to show I had paid.

Unhappy and painful

1. Elevator was broken and, 67 and 74 years old couple with joint pain had to take the stairs to get to the 3rd flood room 2. Our room was never cleaned nor trash can emptied. use the same towel for 5 days. 3. Continental breakfast was ok but not very good. The lady who was at the breakfast though was very friendly. 3. the room our brother stayed which is next to our room had a very strong smoke odor. good thing he stayed only 2 nights. 4. we were not happy staying there.

had we known that the elevator was bad, and no one cleans the room we would have stayed with our family in Grand Rapids. We thought about that the next day but we were told that we won't get refunded since we booked for 4 nights.

It was convenient!

The breakfast was delicious! I loved that there was a free coffee station in the lobby!

I didn't like that we ccould not eat in our room! We are paying for it! Covid or not what ,that is what housekeeping gets paid for to clean after the customer's mess.

upon my arrival there was a large group of men standing outside the hotel smoking and making sexual comments to me. people yelling and screaming in the halls. I was then woken up by a phone call to my room the next morning by a strange man asking to come up to my room-then a knock on the door. front desk never even apologized just told me that the man left. wow I feel super safe. what a disgrace. I will never stay here again. ever

Old and tired hotel... need a deep face lift.

The price was good, and the location is fairly central to shopping and other areas of Grand Rapids. There is a Planet Fitness nearby, so if you have a membership, that is a place you can go and work out.

The place is run down and tired. The front area when you walk in has been remodeled, but the rest of the hotel looks very different. The elevator was broken when I was there (so I had to take the stairs going to and from my room). The hallways smell pretty badly of smoke, and the walls are pretty thin (I could hear the person next door on the phone quite often). Not a great place, and I won't be going back.

Supremely disappointed and would not recommend, nor would we want to frequent your facility again.

Breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable.

There was a distinct smell of smoke (cigarettes and marijuana) all throughout the hotel. It was musty and very offensive. Loud talking and doors slamming all night long. The hot water did not work in our shower.

Fine for the one night stay we had. The location was close to many shopping areas , and restaurants.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was nice.

The room was not very clean. Bathroom needed attention. The surface areas needed attention in our room.
