Comfy, and location on point

Booked for a staycation, pool was great and the room was super comfy snd clean. Location was on point, everything near by and parking was awesome

The hotel allows me to rest well, but the food for breakfast is meagre and customer service is poor.

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean and quiet.

The food for the breakfast is meagre. Breakfast is a one-star standard, lacking variety and quality. Staff's customer service is poor. On checking out, I found out that I was double-charged by the hotel. The staff as-a-matter-of-fact instructed me what to do, without any apology. Seems like they don't see any responsibility in double-charging me for my stay.

I was travelling with my autistic child. The lady in the restaurant was very kind and sensitive to his needs.

Cleanliness. Ease of check-in and check-out.

The breakfast was subpar. The selection of food items was limited. No way to refil water apart from vending machines or from the breakfast area. Not a lot of charging/free plug points.

Pleasant comfortable stay.

Breakfast of English muffins, eggs and tea was filling. Updated bathroom was impressive compared to rest of hotel.

Maybe overall freshening up of building maybe more attractive.

great place to stay in the greater Toronto area

property is updated and clean. my wife loved having the jetted tub. room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. breakfast was simple but perfectly acceptable.

carpets in the room though clean are getting a little worn out.

unpleasant stay

it was close to our home . the location was also very close to stores and restaurants so very convenient

we chose Monte Carlo because of the pool and jacuzzi mostly . 1)the pool was way too cold to even use.No heaters to try to make it comfortable for guests in the winter 2)the jacuzzi was very dirty!! we turned it on three times trying to clean it out and chunks of foreign object , hair and black pieces kept coming out of the jets. 3 the remote in the seating area did not work so we used the one from the bedroom 4. we had NO WIFI for at least 9 hours… so 9 hours of using up DATA. for $200 it was not even close to being worth it ! we won’t be back

the room was comfortable and clean and this is important

the hotel is old , they need to renovate the carpet and paint with bright colors, they are using warm lights in the lobby with yellow painted walls that make the area dim and creepy, they need to change the lighting with bright lights. The breakfast is average, no variety in food and they need more service during breakfast time for example , cleaning the tables faster after people finish for new guests who wanna sit and eat.

The staff was nice helpful and patient. Room and the hotel was clean for kids. Beds were comfortable, the heating system was good and not loud. No extra charge for parking your car. Wifi worked good for us. Room service was great. The breakfast is good but the only protein is hard boiled eggs.

The 2 disappointed parts are they listed for indoor pool but it's not temperature controlled which is not heated, there is no way for other season to swim in. The little refrigerator they put in rooms were pre set by hotel, wasn't cold enough for my baby's milk. Luckily when we were there the outside temperature was super cold, we left the milk and all the food in the car. But the ones we left in the refrigerator didn't go bad either. So don't know what to say about this part.
