Very pleased with hospitality, space and comfort.

Perfect location for those passing through on the trans Canada, spacious room with a bed, couch, kitchenette, bathroom with large bathtub/shower. A second room with two beds and also a nice continental breakfast to wake up to.

The pool/hot tub facilities were a bit worn and could use a clean but nothing too major.

beautiful property. Great size rooms and nice patio and beautiful pool!

no access to beach on river road plus was a tad dirty when we got in.

Good value when passing through or for a couple days.

Quiet property, nice rooms, some with balconies. Great view of the river and spots to sit outside if you want. Breakfast was ok, some fruit, toast cereals, sausage and eggs. Coffee was good enough.

A bit further from downtown than I expected, but a nice walk along the rivers trail to get to restaurants and summer parks.

There was a stack of gross old mattresses in the front parking lot that didn't get cleaned up. My door lock didn't work properly and I needed to go to the front desk a couple times to get my door opened.

don’t take any cash ! offered 500$ deposit

was easy access off hwy way. I wanted to relax at river deck in am but that never happened!

can’t believe they wouldn’t help an tired sick woman out! I’d travel from mount st. Joseph hospital and was very Ill and tired. pre-booked on booking .com! on credit card!!!

Awesome stay !!!

Everything was wonderful ! Big room , nice view of the river from patio . Huge bed and nice big jacuzzi tub beside it along with a nice living room area with fireplace!!! We will definitely be coming back , I recommend the jacuzzi suit for a little get away it was beautiful !!

Left without a refund cause it’s that disgusting.

READ REVIEWS ON GOOGLE NOT BOOKING! as per booking’s review policy, they can remove reviews that they think are “fake” (i.e. if you say something negative, they can say it’s fake and remove it) This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. when we got there, I needed to use the washroom so I asked the woman at reception if they had a washroom in the lobby. She directed me to the pool which was down the stairs. The hot tub had no water in it, and the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bathroom was full of cobwebs, flies, and spiders. it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. when we got to our room, it looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the 70s. It reeked of cigarettes. The carpet was lifting up in numerous spots, and the tile was broken or chipped or missing entirely. The towels were dirty. There was bugs on the toilet paper. The woman at the front told us that the key card machine wasn’t working so we didn’t have keys. She said if we wanted to leave we should just come and find her and she would let us back in. She assured us that the manager was coming that night, and he would fix the machine (this happened before we saw our room). after we saw the room, we told her we would be leaving and wanted a refund. We asked to speak to the manager. She told us that he wouldn’t be in until the next day (weird…thought he was coming that night…) she then told us that she couldn’t give us a refund because we paid through booking.com and so booking needed to give us the refund. when I complain to booking about my experience, and sent some pictures, and the receipt for the new hotel room, that cost twice as much as this one, and explained the story, they told us that they couldn’t give us a refund because it was prepaid and the hotel needs to give us a refund. they also said that the hotel explained to them that they offered to upgrade us to one of their “finest suites”. Not sure when that happened… don’t believe the pics online.

I enjoyed the amazing sex that night -just not the 100$ extra fee we were charged for it.

It was very quiet with a nice view of the river and easy access to hwy. There was a huge parking space for a truck and trailer.

We got charged the 100$ damage deposit because we had sex multiple times on the bed and the sheets got wet as well as the room smelled of sex. This was a huge shock to us -to get charged for....its unheard of - hello! It's a hotel!!! Very common to do...not impressed..at all. Very offensive to charge paying customers for damage that is NOT relevant...its called a washing machine...

pool, kitchen pretty much everything

the suite 102 has a room that if you close it , you freeze to death, my friend is snoring so i had to close the door. On top of that , the extra room is near the laundry room, they wash the thigs at midnight duh , when i told them they said I will be closing the laudry in a minute , after five minutes i had to go in my pajamas to the front desk. They close the laundry machine but they started right away at 8 am, just to ruin my sleep again, the staff is young and probably paid with pennies so they dont really care too much
