Great hotel at a fair value in a beautiful city.

Location is wonderful and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The coffee is free but is is not good. They use an espresso machine to make the coffee and it is subpar. The breakfast is expensive and subpar as well. We went to a coffee shop up the street to start the day.

A hidden treasure in the heart of Old Quebec City

It was an amazing hotel. The staff is incredible, always happy to help you with any questions about everything in Old Quebec City and beyond(activities, museums, restaurants...). The French /European breakfast is complete and very nutritious to start your day. The location is fantastic in the heart of Old Quebec City.

I like everything, but I am wondering if in the winter the outside parking is so convenient considering the large amount of snow that the city gets every year.

Breakfast was good and plentiful - more than we usually have!

Coffee in the room coffee maker was better than that in breakfast area.

Jura coffee 24/7 in lobby. Great location Very friendly front desk Chromecast TV Good wifi Nice size room Quiet room

Turn down service did come to room a little too quickly after knocking but it's fine. Breakfast very limited... Mostly all carbs.. but prefer eating out anyways.

Very much liked the size, location and overall "feel" of this boutique hotel.

Breakfast was rather ordinary. We stayed 3 nights and on the third morning, staff was apologetic about running out of a few of the food items. Given the minimal selection on the "menu", this was disappointing.

Loved the staff, location, and breakfast. My new "go to" place to stay!

The staff was as helpful and friendly as can be. I will definitely stay there again next time we visit Quebec. The breakfast was very good, especially the croissants and the homemade jams. The room was perfect!

Loved the location but hotel front desk needs to assist guests to do things like going to Parade.

Fireplace was absolutely wonderful and welcoming! Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff lovely and sociable.the room was beautiful and very comfortable.

1. Disappointed the evening of the parade as we were there for Carnival and asked the front desk our best transportation option to the parade and they stated a taxi- so they arranged a taxi for us but it never showed up and they were nonchalant about the whole thing meanwhile it was meant to be a highlight of our entire trip coming from Texas! Very sad to have missed it! 2 weird experience with house keeping. The 4 days we were there, we only had housekeeping twice and we had to ask for it the first time meanwhile the housekeeper was so angry about cleaning a family’s room on the same floor and kept complaining about how dirty they were and she made us wait for the services for our room for over 1.5 hours yet we had vacated our room the entire morning from 7-11 am and simply wanted to go back and nap in our room. I suspect that they were short staffed but that coupled with a communication problem?

Chilly, but nice stay.

Location was very good, just a few blocks from the main center. Perhaps for older people not so convinient, because you have to go up the hill. The gym is small, but has everything you need to work out. Coffee machine in the room, and in the lobby. Wine glasses too. Excellent heating system.

View from the room was dull. Just another building.
