on a scale of one to ten I would not go higher than 8 ,,

breakfast was good the room was comfortable but there were stairs I have trouble with stairs

I wanted to check in 30 minutes early and then do some shopping so the bags would be in the room and it would be easier to do some shopping without the bags in the car,,, that could not be done they wanted more money to check in a little early,,, we had also asked a different person that was working behind the desk if there was a fish and chip place he did not know and didn't seem to be interested in helping

Good Breakfast and 24/7 coffee etc

All was well for our booking, knowing its location and choosing such. If a person is looking for nature, pleasant scenery and a quiet area, this wouldnt be the ideal location.

Other than housekeeping guy, everything else was pleasant.

The location was nice.

The housekeeping guy this morning made us feel unsafe, uncomfortable, and threatened. He was rushing us out of our room as I was exiting he stood at the door staring at us especially at my friend who was not fully dressed. He demanded we give him money .. when I said sorry I don’t have money for a “tip” he asked my friend who also said no and he said “I know u have.” and “you should leave tip” so he wouldn’t move out of the way so we could walk away. He was extremely creepy and it was only 11:10 am. Passing 10 mins after checkout. The front desk receptionist was completely fine with the time and didn’t understand why he would do that. As I’m telling her what was happening he came downstairs, stared straight us and walked away… this housekeeper should not be employed to work there. The way he acted like we did something or owed him something is not ok. I can’t imagine what he has done to other guests who stay longer. Not safe for women or children. All front desk receptionists were very nice and fast. But please get rid of that guy. He was disgusting.

Won’t ever stay in this room with the smell like this. Really too bad as all other stuff was great

Everything but smell in room

The smell of this room was almost unbearable but we were there for 1 night. My daughter has asthma and she was not comfortable with smell of intense smoke.

I didn't like it because the front desk guys really he is not professional and looks they don't care . I paid more money for my stay because i thought it's worth but not worth to weast your guys.

Front desk service was bad. No internet 😕. No shampoo.

Nice way to start the day...

Our time that we had to spend there....we ate, went to sleep, got up, ate again and had to leave....I don't even know if there was a swimming pool...I usually swim in the morning.

Good location, friendly staff and a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately a neighboring room had backed right up to our outside door access with a heavily loaded truck and smoked out there. Nothing to do with the hotel itself but it coloured our experience.

Quick stop.

Close to Trans Canada Hwy. Clean room and comfortable bed. A nice place to stop and stay for a night. Being greeted by the staff was super nice.

Appreciated variety of items at breakfast

Toilet tanks flush valve is bypassing so tank fills every 10 min so turned off for the night was distracting to sleep

Otherwise the stay was great.

Breakfast was very good, nice selection of food.

Didn't get much sleep. Constant vibrations from the HVA unit, causing the items on the wall behind the headboard to rattle. this was very unfortunate.
