Disappointing experience for the $

Room had been updated (except carpet)

Horrible street access to the hotel, no elevator access, property cleanliness, poor breakfast option, didn’t feel safe due to long term guests

Disappointed !

The staff was good.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, the rooms were not clean, the bathroom was not clean, the breakfast was pick-and-go which is not at all worth the money they charged and it was not even specified that we will not get hot/fresh breakfast. I was truly disappointed with my choice, I would not recommend to stay for more than 1 day at this hotel.

NONEXISTENT and TERRIFYING.

I didn't feel comfortable staying the night.

Extremely dilapidated Very dirty I didn't feel safe getting out of the car but I had to due to no one answered the phone after putting me on hold for about 15 minutes.

A memory I will keep forever but the place room were like a hourly motel cheap disgusting

I was given a non smoking room. There were burn holes in the sheet. The furniture was old, the swivel chair was torn up.

AC smelled like smoke I payed for non smoking

The room rate was reasonable for two nights, however, when we needed to add one extra night price was unusually high..$178.

I had requested two king beds, only had one, also non-smoking room, got a smoking room. Very small rooms, bathtub was undersized.! Bed was made, towels changed, however, no clean cups or coffee packets first night, rugs were not vacuumed either night.!

Cheap, close to city

If you need a place to just sleep, that's cheap, then definitely worth it. But I got there and the toliet didn't flush. We asked the worker for a plunger to try and fix it. To which they said they don't have a plunger ? Then the lady told us to deal with it and don't use it. So we had to walk to the office every time we had to use the bathroom, very inconvenient. Thankfully we only were in the room late night because we were there to visit the city.

horrible quality room.

the curtains were dirty & stained. the floor didn’t seem like it was vacuumed there were particles everywhere on the carpet floor. the toilet was stained the lamp was stained. the tub was stained. the bed made unflattering sounds when slightest movement was made. the jacuzzi was leaking.

i have only concerned about breakfast ,Before i booked i was looking for breakfast included hotel so i booked this hotel but when i went for the break fast they said they only provide coffee and juice so that was disappointing for me other wise stay was really good nice and clean room comfy bed, proper heating every thing was great.

they let me check In early but added additional charge .

Only thing negative I can say about my stay is they need to upgrade there rooms online it looks like something completely different then it does in person the floors dented in sometimes when you walked the jacuzzi had spider webs and the vents around the jacuzzi where rusted the bed was small and uncomfortable it’s a cheap looking motel in person .

The beds were comfortable, the black out curtains were nice, and the location was great for the short distance to NYC.
