Un amigo nos recomendó este hotel y cancelamos la reserva en otro hotel que teníamos desde hacía meses. Fue lo mejor que hicimos. No solo por la ubicación y lo precioso que es el hotel, sino también por los detalles que tuvieron con nosotros. La experiencia de los marshmallos en la hoguera es increíble, y lo que más nos llegó al corazón, fue que mi marido se puso enfermo y vomitando toda la noche, y cuando llamé a recepción no dudaron en ayudarme en todo lo posible, aún siendo las 5 de la mañana. Fueron extremadamente amables y nos sentimos muy bien tratados. Dar con lugares como este, alegra el corazón. Larga vida a Tenaya!!

The accommodation was great and very close to Yosemite south entrance

Finding a parking space was very complicated they reserve too many spaces for valet parking and guests have to park far away

The hotel overall is very nice. The outdoor pools area looks nice and well maintained. It is very close to the South Gate of Yosemite, so conveniently located.

Our room was very dark, the carpets were stinky and stained. The beds and pillows very uncomfortable, both, I and my husband woke up with neck and back pain. The restaurant is “goodish” but seriously overpriced and options to choose from are limited.

那家EMBERS 餐厅很不错，预定了晚上的位子，一共四道菜，特别是牛排非常好吃，外脆内酥相当棒，值得推荐尝试！就是上菜有点慢😀一共花了两个小时多！另外，最后的甜点也不错👍

房间里空调噪声比较大，另外椅子可以换了，坐垫都塌下去了！没有瓶装水和拖鞋、牙膏牙刷都需要自己准备，但好在有咖啡机可以免费享用胶囊咖啡和英式红茶胶囊，这个必须点赞！还可以用咖啡机加热热水，如果自己带瓶装水的话！

War bei unserem Aufenthalt wohl komplett ausgebucht, Parkplätze Mangelware, Warteschlange vor dem Restaurant.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Circa eine Stunde Autofahrt ins Yosemite Valley. Zimmer angenehm groß (2 Personen im Zimmer mit zwei Queensizebetten). Snack- und Getränkebar in der Lobby.

Für uns war alles gut.

Wir hatten eines der Cottages, die gegenüber vom Hauptkomplex liegen. Dort war es ruhig und schön eingerichtet, sogar mit Bioethanol-Kamin. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria bei den Cottages. Dort kann man sich für 15$ an der Salatbar selbst bedienen.

Das Frühstück ist für die Preislage recht einfach gehalten, wünschenswert wäre z.B. gewesen, wenn zumindest ein Kaffee pro Person in der Frühstückspauschale enthalten gewesen wäre. Freundlichkeit des Personals schwankt sehr, wir hatten den Eindruck, dass bei vielen die Luft (Motivation) raus war.

Superb location for Yosemite. Knowledgable and friendly staff who ensured we made the most of our stay with excellent advice. Kids loved the pool and outside games. Good gift shop. Beds comfortable. Easy parking. Fantastic dinner restaurant and breakfast geared up to early risers wanting to get into the park.

Initial check in was incredibly in-informative. But this was rectified by other resort staff.

A little dated. Not bad. Felt that Jackalope grill was a little overpriced

Staff members were super friendly and engaging. Jackalope Bar & Grill was excellent. Overall atmosphere was excellent. Location close to Yosemite south entrance was very convenient, although still a long drive to the Village.

Sound insulation between rooms was poor; we heard the guests in the room above stomping around like elephants one night, which kept us from falling asleep after a long and exhausting day in Yosemite.

Was very Close to the park entrance! The restaurant had very good food & personnel were quite friendly!

No towels were available at the pool in the afternoon! Received over $2,000 in charges to my credit card for unexplained reasons! We haven’t been officially charged yet, but our credit card App from AE keeps sending messages! Aggravating while in Yosemite Park & wondering why my card was just charged $900. Then NO EXPLANATION from hotel personnel why this happens everyday!

Great pool, beautiful rooms, bed was very comfortable. Pizza was delicious.

Wait at check in, conditioner was empty in the shower. Jackalope restaurant breakfast was average.

The cottages area

The resort was large with many amenities. Our room was a wheelchair accessible room, so it was roomy. The spa was great for the steam room and sauna, plus we showered there one day because the water pressure in our room was light. The in-room coffee was great and it was awesome to have a mini fridge. We ate at the restaurant and our server was the best part of the whole trip, well that and the chopped salad! It wasn't a bad experience, we just were expecting much more for the price we paid. This is a great family friendly hotel.

I am really confused how this hotel has 8 out of 10 on the Booking.com website? The lodge was clean, but tired. The pools and all of the hot tubs were over taken by children, even the "Adult Only". They would leave when we asked, but returned as soon as we left. Parents, where was the supervision? Tenaya, where was the staff to make sure that these amenities were available to just the adults? The grounds around the back where our room was located were not tended and were overgrown with weeds. When we checked in at 3, which is an hour earlier than regular check-in, there were 4 people at the front desk, but only one person helping. She made a comment to the line of people waiting "Sorry folks, it is an hour before check-in, so it will take me some time". Don't hotels, lodges and convention type lodging expect this? We couldn't imagine what it would be like at 4! We found out that families when they checked in received s'more kits. It would have been nice to have something for adult check-ins to welcome us. There were many areas that we felt the hotel could have done a better job at having space for adults to unwind after a long day hiking. Finally, there was a medical emergency in the restaurant while we were eating and the manager of the restaurant didn't do anything to move guests out of the way and to other tables to allow the medical professionals and family take care of their child. People were literally eating right next to a child that was being tended to on the floor. It was like the whole staff was just pretending it wasn't happening. The stay just didn't "wow" us. I was hoping for a "lodge" experience. I will stay at a chain hotel next time I am in the area.

Had to wait until after 4:30 for checkin. They were busy but would have been nice if they had said something like, go have a drink on us!

Staff are courteous and helpful. The facility is clean. Beds are comfortable. We were able to check-in at 2pm. Breakfast is delicious.

Rooms are tight/small for the price they are charging per night. The website boasts about great scenery but windows of both rooms we occupied are covered by the other side of the building and no scenery at all. All you can see are walls, pipes and roof of the adjacent building. It is good that they were able to checked us in at 2pm (2 hrs earlier than check in time). However, I reserved two adjacent rooms together because we were a family (6 people) but when we checked in, we were told all the adjacent rooms are booked (at 2pm!!). The in-house restaurant has cozy ambiance but food are overpriced. Breakfast is delicious but dinner is bland.
