Amit at the front desk was great on check in. This isn't a brand new property but it's well laid out with interesting, spacious lobby and architecture. Its well maintained and management are thoughtful about the fixtures, details and amenities in the rooms. The building complex offers a choice of two restaurants. They have a full breakfast with hot and cold items to start the day. The place has character and I rate it highly.

I saw a person in a wheelchair that couldn’t get to the breakfast due to there being no ramp or elevator to get up to the dining area.

Location is close to a lot of different amenities. Shower temperature and pressure was awesome!
Bathroom is super small; no vanity space and it’s not even in the bathroom; one tiny mirror. Pillows were just bags of stuffing; no substance - were not comfy to sleep on. “Breakfast” was a huge disappointment- we actually booked based on the ads and reviews of this amazing breakfast which turned out to be a brown bag w a microwave egg and cheese stick wrapped in a tortilla, a stale muffin and a Costco granola bar - could have done better for a take away considering there is a restaurant in the hotel - just lazy!

Staffs were unfriendly and not welcoming. They asked too many unnecessary questions like why my current address doesnt match with my license address etc. For $60 stay 1 night, their $500 damage deposit is too much. And charged our card twice for the stay, wouldn't have fixed it if we didn't notice.

. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but up to date and very clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and definitely stay there again.

Didn’t get my room cleaned once because of my work schedule, I asked many times to try and figures out a time when they could clean but no effort was made. They also charged the wrong credit card.

The breakfast 'nook' required one to climb stairs so it wouldn't be accessible to to someone who couldn't manage the stairs.

Great location. The room was clean, we liked the furnishings in the room and that there were sheers on the windows.They also had usb ports in their plug ins. I also liked that they offered a complimentary breakfast and also had a lounge that offers food. They also have an East Indian restaurant, hairdresser, small fitness room and a purified water tap.

The bed were very comfortable (like sleeping on clouds).
Staff was very helpful with suitcases for my aging mother. There’s no elevator but it’s great place for a great price.
I will definitely refer to family & friends coming through & I will rebook.

Great price, good location, room was nicely updated. Only complaint at all was regarding the included breakfast at which all of the muffins and bagels were at least a day old and rock hard. Other than that, a decent deal on a cheap place to stay.
Muffins and bagels at breakfast were haphazardly wrapped in cellophane and were not fresh, hourly only 1 day old but not edible anymore regardless.

Room wasn't cleaned when got there at 3pm and didn't clean the room very good and no hot water and had a jacuzzi room so didn't get to use it and was the main reason on getting that room.told night staff about it and said it was impossible so ask them to come to room to see it and said to take it up with morning staff and they said there is hot water now and so wanted to file a complaint and they gave me a email address to message them for they should be the ones to do it for I went to front desk ware they took my momey

The front desk lady was very friendly on Sunday checkout.
We booked a king bed, and they only had queen beds. The carpet was dirty. On the second day, housekeeping took the dirty towels but did not provide new towels, so in the morning, we had to go and find someone to provide towels. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pot in the room. At breakfast at 8:30, the eggs looked like they had been cooked at 6:00 am stuck to the bottom of the pan and dried out. The pool has been under repair for months with no notice on your site. Your check-in people really need to be kinder they young girls always make you feel like you are not people, just a newcense. Someone staying there had backed in their welding tuck when parking and in the morning started it to let it get warm. Because he was backed in our window unit sucked in exhaust fumes, and I woke up very nauseous. I did call the front desk, and she explained that it happens all the time. I think if you have this problem, maybe someone should take a walk around the building and ask these people to park their trucks properly before someone get carbon monoxide sickness. We stayed at your property at least 15 times in the last year, and after this weekend, we will not be back. We used to enjoy staying with you, but for future stays, we will look elsewhere. I really hope you make some changes back to the hotel we used to like to stay at.
