Clean, basic accommodations in a friendly, tranquil setting.

Studio suite was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful and polite; building security was great and the whole area felt safe and quiet both day and night.

There was not enough parking available at or near accommodations. The campus is quite a way out of town, so need for guest parking could have been anticipated.

Good value for Kelowna. A good place to lay your head if you are a large group.

Location was great. We did our morning walks through the campus.

There is no kleenex in the room. No breakfast provided. No TV.

Great location fairly near airport, room was basic but clean, queen room had full kitchen, laundry services available.

I loved the location and the fact that the queen studio had a full kitchen.

A little inconvenient to have to return keys at a different building that seemed close on the map but involved a couple of stories of outdoor stairs. But minor considering the value. No food service on campus on summer weekends, although available 3 km away.

Very good value, with convenient, close access to airport. Would certainly stay again.

Exceptionally clean; well-equipped 1-bdrm suite with kitchen; comfortable beds and pillows; beautiful campus.

We were ground level right by entrance to building - a bit noisy from footsteps in unit above and wish we would have had a unit with some sort of view.

we lived in G/F. I think there was a family living in the 1/F. I can hear some people walking and a kid running sounds until 24:00. The sound proofing is totally rubbish.

I got charged an extra 8.xx dollars for using an American express card to pay this accommodation and wasn’t informed about it. I got the receipt by email after checkout. If I knew, I would have used a different credit card to pay.

Great value for money. It is very close to the airport, and has really comfortable beds. Facility has a convenience store on site, and front desk staff are available almost all day to assist.

I don't think my room's bathroom was properly cleaned before I checked in. Had to do some light cleaning of my own. The shower stall is also really tiny.

I will be back, shortly and look forward to the facilities.

Check in was a breeze. It was quiet, very much needed. Access was no nonsense.

Upon opening the room's door the odour was that of a Hunter's old coat, one that had been better left at home with dog(perhaps it had once or twice); not an odour conducive to being secret around wild animals. It was musty, earthy. Perhaps the carpet needed deep cleaning; perhaps the fridge had something under it from a long time ago. The Fridge: although it worked just fine, it requires levelling. It was collecting a lot of water each day on the upper shelf, that needed mopping.

Value for money, but it is a dormitory. Don't expect luxury.

Beautiful location on campus, great views.

Bathroom hadn't been cleaned prior to my arrival. Shower drain was partially blocked and it was not fixed when I left.

Affordable, clean University Dorm room

This is a University Dorm room - no TV, no "niceties" Good value for a one night stay.

Location is out of town, no access to food or drink. sparsely furnished, as mentioned a University Dorm Room.

Go there!

Very strongly recommend to stay there. Beautiful rooms on amazing campus. Feels like a movie. The studio was surprisingly bigger than we anticipated. You control your own AC, a must in the summer in the Okanagan Valley.

Convenient for sleeping, great price for the area.

Convenient, safe, quiet and clean place. Friendly staff.

If you are hosting 4 people, it will be great to have 4 chairs, 4 mugs, etc. My only comment is that I had to upgrade my reservation to a bigger place that accommodate 4, but there was only 1 chair at the table, 3 mugs, 2 glasses, and so on. So we had to take turns drinking tea/coffee and sitting on the couch.
