Our stay was fine, expensive, but would prefer the above changes

Good location. I prefer a complimentary breakfast in the hotel. Denny’s was outside the hotel and breakfasts were too large. Moxies was handy for supper.

Good. Dennys is just next door so it was very convenient.

Nothing the hotel could deal with. Guests leaving around 6-6:30am were quite noisy when getting into their vehicle on leaving.

I booked two bedrooms with 3 queen size beds onlbooking.com but when I got to the Hotel on 1 bed on.

I have not seen any breakfast.

Perfection.

I was happy with every aspect of this hotel. They accommodated an early check in. They upgraded my room. The room is large, and comfortable, and clean. The facilities are excellent. The staff are very friendly. Perfect stay.

You get a small discount in Moxies and Dennys.

There was something splattered on the ceiling (I thought it was blood) above our bed so we switched rooms. The new room the TV remote needed new batteries and the toilet stopped working. The wall paper in the bathroom was commimg off and you could see there was water damage in the bathroom. The bed in the second room we were moved to were less comfy. It was expensive for the room.

My stay was not what I expected for the price I paid for the room.

The room could have been cleaned better. You can tell this room was well used. For the money I paid for the location I wanted to be in, I would have stayed at another location (MOTEL). I was not satisfied with the room but the food at Moxies was excellent, and the service was very good.

Very easily accessible property, adequate parking, nice lobby, great staff, safe and secure.

The location of the property, the parking, the ease of check in. I also liked the fact that the property was secure and easy access to a lounge and restaurant. For the areas that I used or saw, things seemed neat and tidy. The floor tile by the elevators off the lobby is a bit worn, but still functional.

As I was only there the one night, I saw nothing that could be improved to make my stay better.

The location was perfect. Staff was amazing. Kids loved the pool

The lights in our room were little funny. Moxie wasn't very good and way to expensive for the quality of food they served.

Holly was exceptional, very accomodating. We forgot our cc for the damage deposit and she let use our debit card for it. Also, the receptionist when we checked our was really nice as well :)

our stay was disappointing. A warm room and warm water isn’t much to ask.

comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff

A/C was on when we entered our room, it was freezing. we spent over an hour under the blanket in bed until the room warmed up. The bathroom never did get warm and neither did the water in the bathroom. The sink was plugged. I ran the water for several minutes waiting for it to get warm, but the sink would fill up before that happened. I tried to use the bathtub faucet but it also didn’t get warm. Luckily we were only there for one night and just to sleep.

Good, overall. The desk staff was at all times pleasant and courteous.

No breakfast at this location

When I booked I asked for a room as high up as possible. At check in I was given a lower floor than my relative who had not made a special request. He was on the 'executive' floor (he thinks because of his credit card)... the difference it made was in the bed/bedding and general quality of the room.

the room had a very strong odor that is very noticible as soon as the door was opened. i had left a shirt on the couch and when i got home, the odor was just as strong on the shirt as it was in the room. i don't know what it could have been. it was nasty.
