Overall, I rate it as good, although the apartment requires a few improvements

The apartment is located in a quiet part of UMAG, close to the sea, the main promenade and the old town. Close to the shop and restaurant. Parking spaces are available.

Cleanliness needs to be improved, kitchen cabinets need to be replaced, socket in the bathroom needs to be repaired.

Beautiful but short stay! Would love to come back again

Location was perfect, walking distance from the centre of the city and really close to a lot of different beaches. I just would love for me to go for longer there and enjoy the apartment to the fullest... enormous balconies with a lot of place to chill and enjoy! Beautiful

Superb Stay

Amazing stay and great hosts. Maria was kind and helpful and even allowed for a late checkout. The stay is at walking distance from popular locations. Apartment was neat and clean and had all amenities

We are very satisvied with our stay. Wuld choose this apartment again.

For the very beginning of the stay in the apartment, it would be necessary to have at least some coffee, sugar, salt, shampoo, etc.

We stayed for 2 nights, the host was very friendly and allowed us later check-out w/o additional charge. The appartment (nr. 5) was clean and warm, the bed extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Host was very nice and provided us anything we needed. Good bang for the buck.

Air inside was not fresh upon arrival, needed to let air through Bed's frame is fragile - needed to be cautious about that

location is great, parking in front of the apartments, apartment was clean, staff was pleasant and ready to help... if we came in Umag next time we will book same apartment for sure

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. It has a big balcony and the staff is extremely nice. If you're in Umag I reccommend you this place 😊 I live right across the border, but was looking for one night getaway to put my mind off work and to relax with my partner. This place has a huge living room with a TV and a nice balcony to relax on. It was perfect 🥰

Apartment is located 10 mins walk from sandy beach and 15 mins from city centre. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Apartment was having easily accessible parking space in front of the house

Apartment we had was quite old school, like at grandmama’s. With old furniture and kitchen equipment. It could be cleaner also

The apartment is super clean, nicely equipped with everything you need, even washing machine and hairdryer! The garden is also relaxing! I fully recommend to stay there.
