I will definitely be going back!

I loved everything. From check in to check out it was a breeze! There’s ballrooms for your events, a nice restaurant with a bar, inside and outdoor pool with a lift, nice little gym and a business area with complimentary internet access on the computer & printer! The beds were comfy, pillows are soft for those who like that! Shower was hot enough, channel selection was good & the view was nice!

Not happy with how things turned out

Location and initially the rate I was booked for

Booked on booking.com for $12, got to hotel to check in and they said booking.com had made a mistake and my booking was cancelled and I should have received a notice. Said they could give me the room at a reduced rate which ended up being $80 more than I had booked and credit card been charged. As it was late, I was tired and looking forward to watching March madness on TV and not wanting to search for a better value somewhere else I took the room. Needless to say their Direct TV only carried about 55 channels so I ended up going to my daughter’s hotel to watch the game. Hilton says it is beautiful booking.com fault for the inaccurate rate I was quoted. I am not happy with this outcome and will be perusing reimbursement for false advertisement

Personalen va väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående!

Unken doft och en i allmänhet nergången känsla. Gamla heltäckningsmattor och budgettkänsla. Inte vad jag förväntade mig av ett 4-Stjärnigt hotell. Frukosten va snål och i princip inga grönsaker (kanske inte man kan förvänta sig i södra Amerika men ändå :)

I wasn’t impressed.

The location was good.

The king room that we requested was not given to us and the staff was horrible. They had given my room away due to being “full”. Mind you I had booked this room a week in advance and checked in at 4:00, an hr after I was supposed to check into the hotel. They were not accommodating and were rude. We will not be staying again.

Pleasant

Comfortable bed. And it was a Indian wedding going on on that Saturday. That was cool

The shower head didn't work properly. It was leaking and couldn't tilt. U had to literally stand under it to get water. The room was old and needed to be updated. The carpet on the floor had a smell.

Nice hotel

The lobby and entrance are grand. Very nice for conferences and banquets. The kids loved how elegant it was. We had no problem trying to park our 26' uhaul with auto transport on the back.

The rooms could use some updating to match the grandeur of the lobby. The bathtub had the gray grout in some parts which showed its age.

Poor quality establishment with a great staff.

the staff was great - cheerful and competent

The restaurant had been closed for a gut renovation. There was a tiny café with one harried but cheerful server. Not what the website led me to believe I’d find. The only offering on the small flat-screen TV in the room was Direct TV - no ability to log into streaming services. The mini fridge was definitely mini. And the hook on the door in the bathroom had been ripped out. The rooms need a serious refresh.

All in all my stay was great wish I remember the young lady at the front she was great.

Stay for spring break.

That they didn't have complimentary breakfast for the price think they should consider that.

was doing construction. Shower head was intact on the wall. Breakfast not included. No microwave in room.

can’t believe a over hundred per day hotel doesn’t have hot water rip

the location is good, big parking lot, quick elevator.

the hotel charged me $50 more than the price from booking. no hot water for all my three days living. the front desk just told me to keep the water tap open. huge waste of water.

Won’t happen again.

Beautiful property and nice restaurant

I arrived at 6pm after being on the road for 5 hours and my room was not ready. After waiting a half hour they stated they upgraded my room free of charge (and handed me two bottles of water for my inconvenience) but I was charged $100 over my quoted price.

Overall my stay was amazing

My stay was amazing and well needed as I attended a work related conference. The bed was so comfortable & the room overall was very clean. staff were helpful and pleasant as well.

The only con was that my room had a weird smell. It would’ve been more inviting to have a clean smell to the room to match its appearance.

Staff wasn’t very helpful. We went to the front desk to ask for a few tea bags. The receptionist did not even lift up his head, pointed his finger to the back and said, “Ask her!” No hi, May I help you nothing. He was very rude to say the least.

Overall we enjoyed our stay it was centrally located near good eating places.

The location was fabulous and there were very nice eating places close by

The shower and face basin both had no hot water. Everything was just like warm and the other thing was the toilet had low water pressure when you flushed it.
