booking.com needs to do better.

room was decent. check in was awful due to booking.com not the hotel.

the hotel didnt have my reservation. took 2 weeks to add a guest to my booking. when my guest arrived to check in, the hotel didnt have the reservation even though booking.com did.

Pleasant stay, close to ATL and car rental center, clean, quite, with suitable price.

I checked in after mid-night, still got warm welcome and everything went very well.

They forgot to print my parking cost on the invoice.

the staff was amazing.... they were friendly, caring and very polite. the hotel itself was ok. it felt used. i wanted to go swimming...but the pool really did not appeal to me. the food was not good at all. But i am very picky.

I like your hotel for my overnight stay. You all should really consider serving the international t

I like the shuttle service to the shopping center and to dinner. The driver was very helpful and recommended places to shop and eat.

I did not like that the shuttle does not go to the international terminal. I will be traveling and have a layover next month, however I will ve coming in and leaving thru the international terminal.

very frustrating, stressful and unrelaxing.

The hot tube I received with the up grade. Because of their mistake.

they didn’t have my reservation they charged me twice. My TV did not work in my room they refund it one amount. I still have 425.93 charge pending . And to make it hours they just took another 425.93 off of my card.

Hotel of a past century

Very friendly staff

Cleaning of the room (heating system) and quality of the breakfast (all plastic... with the new environmental challenges of the 21st century going back to glasses and porcelain should be manageable. And it would test better too.

the night staff was very rude and barely communicated

the staff, the hallway smelled like old people/ pee or chlorine , didn’t like that you had to pay for parking and breakfast…., didn’t like how I called before booking and they said they don’t do airport shuttle but when I showed up there was 5 vans waiting outside to transport

Nice hotel near the airport with helpful staff, but breakfast was disappointing

Good location with free airport shuttle running every half hour. No need to phone the hotel. Just get on next shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and nice.

There was a problem with the water system the night I stayed and there wasn’t much pressure. It was rectified in the morning. There was no fresh coffee on offer for breakfast. Had to use the coffee pod machine in the room. Also no delivery of breakfast items when I went for breakfast at 7am so not much choice.

I will never stay at this Hilton again!!!

The location was close to my house.

The Hilton name and the price of this room did not line up with my expectation of greatness. Instead, It was very basic and old looking. I was not please with the room at all.
