Big rooms but necessary to ask if you want to clean the room. Bit far from the center. Overprized.

Rooms are big. Comfortable beds. Staff generally good.

No or insufficient fresh air supply to the room. Windows cannot open so all the time I felt suffocating. Room was not cleaned as, apparently, it is necessary to ask for the service ... most probably reception but I found this strange. It's fine to reuse towers but to ask to clean up the room is unacceptable for me. Further, in room sold for two people, one would expect to have two shower gels and not one ... well, not in this hotel.

Bad as we didn’t sleep

Nice clean hotel with nice clean room and nice staff.

Woke up every 30 minutes as the bed was hard as a rock.Finally got out of bed at 5:30 feeling like i got beat up by 5 to 6 boxers.Same for my wife. Will not go back for sure unless its a free trial on another mattress.

We had a very agreable stay.

Welcoming staff. Beautiful and sober decor. Clean room and amenities. Excellent breakfast.

Unfortunately the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Because the hotel is well located, at a short driving distance from restaurants it had little negative impact on our stay.

Comfortable, functional hotel - perfect for our transit stop.

Very functional hotel for a transit stop from Montreal airport on way home. Expensive, but all hotels are. Clean, all amenities (although restaurant was closed), no complaints.

Great location, clean and practical.

We enjoyed our stay. We booked a night here as we were going to the Cabane à sucre au Pied de cochon in Mirabel (18 minutes away). The hotel was clean, close and practical.

My only ''complaint'' would be the strong smell of Chlorine in most hallways and the lobby. I understand there is a pool available to guests, but the smell is quite strong (note: this did not directly affect my stay).

Location was near where we needed to be the next day.

We didn’t receive our deposit back, as their ‘system was down’ for hours and hours. Even though they said it would only take an hour so we waited and come back, to find out it still wasn’t working.

Overall very pleased with the stay especially as there are no other hotels in the area.

Hotel was clean, had nice decor and the staff were friendly. Covid19 adjustments included no daily maid service, but since we were only staying 3 nights, it didn't matter; in fact, it was kind of relaxing not having maid service because often the service in hotels is unpredictable, and comes when you have just returned to the room.

Larger coffee maker and mugs instead of mini coffee and cups.
