Génial!

L’emplacement dans Tadoussac à deux pas du ferry, la vue sur le Saint Laurent, la chambre bien équipée, le micro onde dans le couloir est un vrai plus!

fantastic sea side family whale watching short stay, highly reccogmended for warmer months of the year

location was amazing, beds were amazingly comfortable, it was clean and the staff were fantastic

we wouldn’t choose to stay at this time of year again! but it would be perfection in the warmer months. nothing in the town was open and it was hard to find food, we had to drive to the next town. nothing to do with this property though!

location was good and close to things we wanted to do. we arrived after reception had shut, so they left the key on the front door and we found where we were supposed to stay easily.

hotel rooms are a bit run down and they didn’t replace toilet paper the next day which meant we ran low as a group staying in the room. the bathroom was also quite rundown.

Comfortable room and beds.

Reception at check-in was very unfriendly and unhelpful. It took us some time to figure out how to find the room following the instructions (out and around the building). But the worst thing was the statement that there are no possibilities to get a meal in the town as the season is closed (19 October), we should get in the car and drive up to a mediocre pizzeria/burger place before even that closes.... After returning - we went for a walk into the town from the hotel and found several nice local restaurants, with nice menus, full with people. So sad as that was the only night we were in Tadoussac coming from overseas...

Good

The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and small seating area and sliding door for outdoor fresh air. There were picnic benches and chairs next to the restaurant outdoor seating that you could enjoy the evening at or sit outside and eat takeout. Plenty of parking and close to the ferry between towns and main highways. Reception was very friendly. The restaurant was quite good (breakfast) but closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays which was inconvenient for prime summer vacation season. Located close enough to the main tourist area (10-15 min walk). Located next to cruise boat ticket office, restaurants, grocery, small gas station and a nice bakery and some local shopping.

Room smelled muggy, found a dead bug in one bed (however it is summer, this can happen). Short check-in times (3-6pm) which can be harder to meet when traveling from a great distance however, I believe arrangements could be made for a later time. Understanding there is limited accommodation availability in the area and that it is a high tourism area, it was the most expensive stay per night of our entire vacation and provided the least amenities, service and cleanliness.

Superb

Very nice rooms, has parking. They were kind to give us the rooms at noon, few hours before check in time. They also allowed us to keep the car in the parking after checkout when we went on the whale cruise.

Our room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Can be a bit hard, was traveling with a 2 seniors.

Disappointing

Location was perfect for walking to river and restaurants.

Old and very dated..carpet dirty in hallways Balcony screen door ripped. Not sure if met covid cleaning standards , found someone's sock in room.

Superb

Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, nice view, close to the beach and resto's, quiet, big balcony, nice picnic area in the back, free parking .

Coffee machine Keurig in the room but no coffee pods .

Quiet and clean, good location, great value

Great location right in town. Although we read reviews that complained about the noise from the trucks going to the ferry we heard nothing that disturbed our sleep. For the price this hotel is an excellent value and the money we saved went to a nice dinner each evening.

The front office only opened at 1 p.m. due to staff shortages. Although understandable it was a small inconvenience.

Easy checkin. Quiet. Great room and balcony on Main Street. Dear free parking. Close to whale tour and museum and shops.
