Water was hot, slept well, shuttle back to SFO was helpful.

conveniently close to airport, pleasant staff, stayed as an overnight emergency as incoming flight was late. Was not looking for frills in this economical hotel and they `came up with the goods'

Great value for price. Checked in earlier than 3pm. Continental breakfast was great. Quiet for our stay. Free shuttle.

Shuttle unfortunately not available between 11a and 3pm. No atm in lobby, but short 5 minute walk.

very clean and tidy room! Easy to find! Close to a SFO. They had a Shuttle in the morning, which suited me perfectly!

The property was easy to find! Clean and the staff was amazingly friendly! The room was very lovely! It was easy access to the airport! They did have a Shuttle in the morning, which was absolutely perfect for me.

parking was a bit challenging! But in all fairness, I was being dropped off by my husband. I stayed he did not.

Good budget option for a short stay close to airport. Shuttle was free and on time. Room was clean, secure, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Left too early for the breakfast.

Not a place I would stay other than for proximity to airport. Not in a tourist area, just a busy road of businesses and small restaurants.

Good place to stay close to the airport

close to the airport. 24 hour check in. rooms clean and comfortable. good coffee in the room.

Free breakfast leaves much to be desired. Apart from a bowl of apples and packets of oatmeal, it consisted entirely of prepackaged processed sugary food. In addition the only coffee on offer was Nescafé. It would be so easy for them to do better.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. And the breakfast was good.

The airport shuttle didn't come even when we put are names down for the 5pm, which nearly caused us to miss our flight.

Great place to stay for a short stopover.

Convenient to the airport. Lovely lady at reception who happily gave us advice & change for the bus. She was outstanding.

A kettle in the room with some tea bags would have been nice. The shower wasn’t good.

The staff was excellent. Rooms were clean. Perfect for coming in for the night after a late flight.

The breakfast upstairs was small with not a lot of options. The room had some noise but we slept all night undisturbed.

For a continental breakfast is was excellent. They had a good variety and kept it stocked.

The shuttle service is unavailable in the late morning early afternoon hours so we had to get another way to the airport for our flight.

The shuttle was 50 minutes late. We were told it was every hour and we're there 15 minutes before scheduled time. Called hotel and were told it had been there but would come back. Person on phone very unfriendly. When checked in the key we were given didn't work. People next door very noisy. Won't recommend.
