housekeeping is poor

Breakfast was pretty good. I was surprised not to see Bacon anywhere. I only eat breakfast 1 day out of the 2 I stayed.

There was paint chipping over my shower in the restroom, surprised that haven't painted over that, quick fix. Also the wood foundation in the bathroom again could use some simple paint to cover the fading paint down there. I think it would enhance the overall look of the room. Lastly the back door locks before 10pm and they need to fix the buzzer or add an intercom. Several guests including myself had to walk or drive around to the main entrance just to get inside, big inconvenience to me.

Latrina, you are a star and the reason we came back the second time. But the fact that I couldn't get fresh sheets or towels and requested them directly to lead housekeeper. Was told their standard is not to change sheets but twice a week if you stay a week. 🤢🤮🤮 I asked would the rate be the same and it was. Very disappointing to know rates are high but services where low. No cinnamon rolls or pancakes the entire weekend. Also the TV channels wouldn't pick up but 4 channels and two of those where non English speaking channels. Again, to charge over $200 a night but not have services daily is absurd. Plus, second day in, housekeeping came in my room WITHOUT ASKING or knocking. 😶‍🌫️😒🧐😶‍🌫️🤐🤬Went down stairs to complain and was met by two females on my same floor who had their doors open without knowing 2 hours before check out. Trina you a star, but I won't be going back to 133rd when going to holiday inn anymore. I'll be at 63rd and they're faculty is up to date with rates being lower. Thank you no thank you. Never look a customer in the eye's and lie, thank you head housekeeper with the blonde locks, you told me to my face you would deal with in personally, then when I seen you next day you ran to your back office because you know you lied and I was checking out. You're welcome, 🎯💯❗️😶‍🌫️🤐

Place needs repairs! AC not working, made terrible noise, room very damp and musty. Bathroom dirty and shower needs repair badly. Mold, mildew around the tub. Breakfast, most items empty. Doors open in rooms, tvs blaring, kids running up and down halls. Very disappointing. I will not return.

Very good easy to reach location with plenty of amenities closed by. Good choice of breakfast hot and cold available

I love the professionalism and the beauty of their personalities of DEVON Lee & Alytonya P. Each assistant manager including the staff were wonderful. Inspite the physical limitations they had to work with. For instance old furniture, no ice machine on each floor and breakfast time of service was too limited and no variety of choices given.

The breakfast was not good. Too basic

The hotel staff were rude. They made me pay a $100 deposit instead of $25 or $50. And they didn't return it to my card. They had no towels in the bathroom and they told me to come get it at the reception desk, after i had asked 3 times. I will nevwr recommend that hotel to anyone. The servuce was terrible

Free breakfast was convenient

Front desk staff were not accommodating regarding looking thru our 1 reservation which were on 2 different room names. Out rigjt said NO your names are not here.

close by stores and food. staff gave a great discount at check in which was very happy about that I would be upset if charged regular rate because it’s not worth it

very outdated. off very busy street. room was very dark and overall uncomfortable. bathroom tub had crack so did the walls. ants lingered by a/c. made it down to breakfast right before closing staff was very rude and impatient. check in is late other guests were getting ready in lobby restroom to pass time by. no housekeeping attended to my room for 3 night stay. after 3 nights here I was disgusted and couldn’t wait to get home.
